It's only about 15 minutes from the airport. My daughter and I booked private transportation online through Puerto Vallarta Tours for 300 pesos, ( paid to the driver when you get there!) which is approximately $15 US plus tip. A representative meets you just as you come through customs, with your name on a sign, and takes you to where your vehicle and driver wait. 15 minutes later you will be at the most wonderful bed-and-breakfast uou can imagine.
