We traded with RCI to enjoy this very large... well HUGE resort complex. Booking over 1.5 years ahead to enjoy this upscale 5 star Vidanta property with 8 friends. We had 2 king suites and 1- 1 bedroom hotel room, and 1 large 2 bedroom suite. More than enough room, and stunning suites with full kitchens and large private bathrooms...

Very clean resort, nice restaurants, good entertainment, nice plaza, beautiful lakes, beach, garden and walking pathways. Wonderful staffs I have a disability and they shuttle me to the beach. My room was not that nice garden view looking at the other building no fridge very small balcony no sun at all day on the balcony. Pool areas are more crowded...

Spent a week here recently. Love the long beach front for morning walks. Saw dolphins from the beach. Lots of on site restaurants to choose from. Be prepared to pay a lot. Most are quite expensive and not always providing value for the money. Too difficult to get off the property. Need to take a taxi to even get to...

WDW knows how to keep you on site by offering everything you need close by and convenient but the Mayan Palace hotel, part of a vast timeshare complex, does not quite have it's act together. Breakfasts there are limited to a central creperie, all you can eat buffets or one remote restaurant located in a far off corner. Other meals...

There is so much about this facility that is really great. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are beautiful, the Plaza is outstanding. We love the Cantina with its laxer light show and the entertainment at the Santuario makes for a fun night. The new rooftop restaurant (Quino?) is a must do... really special at sunset. The Mayan Palace itself...

Gorgeous ground and path for walking. Very rich and well maintained grounds. Food is excellent. Nice lazy river to lounge in. Drinks are good. Close to Marina with more food selection. Beach is pacific side, no ways in comparison to Caribbean

The Grand Luxxe is a beautiful resort and a visit that is worth while. While the resort is beautiful, the check in process is a headache. They have an incompetent person working at the check in area Bld 3. Stay clear of this girl, if you want your trip to begin on the right foot.

Carlos and Freddy from the joy squad made my trip amazing!! Best hotel I've ever been to!! Amazing pools and great entertainment. I was excited to head to the pool and see what activities they had going on. Freddy and Carlos had the most positive attitudes and truly made my trip extremely memorable.

This resort is beautiful. The staff is the friendliest I've ever encountered in Mexico, the pool is amazing, and I loved the fact that you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. Even our room was incredible. The only drawback of this lovely resort is the fact that paying guests are unable to visit all of the...

We shared a one bedroom unit with another couple, who slept on sofa beds in the living room and found them comfortable. MP is located next to the Plaza, an upscale shopping area with several restaurants and a grocery store, bakery, creperie (ate breakfast there every day), frozen yoghurt, etc., a five-minute walk away. With the peso/dollar ratio 20:1, food...
