First and foremost ,the staff have leak of communication among them ,in the first place I was arrive very late and requested late check-out at 2pm the manager of the hotel his name Raj say no problems with the witness his staff Didi,on the next day one of the reception lady don't know her name was calling to my rooms saying that I have to check out at 12 noon due to my rooms has arrival ,she was forced me to check out ,it's very irritating and seriously spoiled my holiday at Port Dickson, because of I choose this hotel I see they have a good review and rating however all is a zero..the breakfast should be buffet but they serve ala carte either fried rice or fried beehoon ,the fried beehoon was salty can't eat manage to change but when the food come with kids portion!!!! Last but not least ,the rooms has defect at bath room and when I arrive these no water for shower..the owner please do something with your hotel ..I want explanation from you and compensat regarding of issue I facing!!!…

This hotel is consider a very basic hotel with basic facilities, nothing stand out. The small room is worth for the money as room come with breakfast ( even thought with simple breakfast ) its more than enough for 1 night stay. Only things , very disappointed with the overall of guest room cleanliness.Hope management can look into this, its important to maintain high standard of cleanliness.

Last minute booking and arrive late evening. This is my 3rd visit to hype motorsport hotel. However the standard of cleanliness was badly drop, the room I stay have dirty floor where I still can feel sand on the floor, the amenities was not replace and half bottel shampoo and gel left behind. I can feel the bedlinen was not change ( can see the linen in crumple condition ) It’s very important hotel to maintain high standard of cleanliness. Linen should be change when turnover after any guest check out.

Used this hotel for one night to be close to the airport. Bed was very comfy but the location was very far away from anything. Nothing to eat or drink around it so we had to take a grab to the nearest mall. Overall was ok for one night but nothing special

The hotel is good for the price! Rooms not super clean and the bathrooms are badly designed as when you shower everything in the bathroom gets wet. Buffet breakfast is very limited to western breakfast food eg: hashbrowns but always the treat of fried chicken or mash potato for breakfast.
