Decay is defined as rotted matter or the state of rotting, deteriorating or declining. An example of decay is what two years of Covid-19 lockdown did to this hotel.
Half of its amenities did not work
Most of its Venues areas and halls were closed.
Maybe when life gets back to normal this otherwise magnificent resort will be worth to visit.

Fairway lounge bar , 7 dollars for a Fanta with a pice of orange inside and they call it screwdriver cocktail. The person behind the bar, incompetent. Do not recommend . The hotel overall is big ,cute but old . I suppose they are focused in the golf

We had been to this hotel in late January. We were three in total. Actually we had stop over in Malaysia for going Indonesia but due to delay in our flight, Airlines managed the hotel for the overnight. We were welcomed very properly, everything was good there but we had an issue there. We kept our money in the safe deposit box and we forgot to take it with us next day. We even changed our flight schedule and returned back to hotel but there was not enough money. We tried to talk with manager (Mr.Mahendra) but he says it may be fault of the airlines because that was sent with the airlines after we had check-out from the hotel. They doesn't have any CCTV footage while checking the safe deposit box. So how can the customer trust this hotel?
Beside the issue, the hotel, ambience and the rooms were good. There are no any comments.
Thank you for the great stay! I hope similar issue will never be in this hotel with any other guest.

I checked in on 30/4 for a 2 nights stay.
I only got to find out that there are no restaurant available after 5pm after I came back from my golf game. The only restaurant that cater for buffet dinner was fully reserved for Ramadan (fully understood). Got to drag my exhausted body and drive out to town to find dinner. Well, at least provide room service please.

At 12am on my 2nd night stay, someone opened my room door! Upon finding, the reception at the check-in counter actually issued access card to my room to new guest and claimed they were not aware that the room was occupied! I’ve never encountered such incident in my entire hotel staying experience. Scary experience.

Nevertheless, the Golf Course was pretty nice.

No security, no food is served for dinner and you had to go find food nearby. Swimming pool dirty, but the staff there friendly. The room is dark, light some may work and some not. Dirty carpet and bed sheet. The worst resort I have ever stayed.

I was offered inappropriate services from the spa service After looking on the hotel advertising on TV, I decided to try some Thai massage which looked very professional. I called the service number and got told that the service came to my room, which I found very strange since they suppose to have a professional spa department in the Hotel. To make the story short, the lady offered me un proper services after 5 minuttes.
I asked her to leave and went straight to the reception to put in a complain. I got the feeling from the receptionist that this service was quite common since she was smiling to the others behind the desk. But she promised to bring it up with the manager.
The day we left hotel and went to check out, we were presenting a charge for one hour spa! It was the same girl behind the desk, so I asked her if she was serious about having me to pay for this?? She was laughing and said YES!!
I asked her to find the manager, and he asked me to write a letter of complain! I told him that I already complained verbally and now directly to him, and after a lot of discussion we came to an agreement that I should not pay for this service. The manager had no intention to apologize for what happened and was quite impolite with me. I got really surprised when I saw they had been in to my credit card a week later and taken the money.
This just tells that this hotel is not worth to visit.!!
It was also constant trouble with WIFI connection, and reception never returned any of my calls as they promised.
I was looking forward to a relaxing weekend, but this spoiled it all!
To all of you out there, stay away from this place!!

On account of a missed flight-connection in Kuala Lumpur (because of travel-disruption out of Bali) I had to spend a night at the Nilai Springs Resort (thanks to Malaysia Airlines) since the airport-hotels were apparently not available.
This resort is really too far from the airport to be an effective transit-hotel, since the trip there/back takes about an hour each way. And though it may be just about adequate for the purpose, it still leaves a lot to be desired.
The most important requirement is 24-hour room-service. Arriving at 1am in the night, hungry and tired, one is told no food is available!! In all fairness, the hotel did send-out for a burger; but that was hardly satisfactory, merely survival.
The Duty Manager at night was truly co-operative; but the person at Reception was sullen in person and rude when contacted later on the telephone, making one wonder if he was upset about having the night-shift or just hated his job and the people he was asked to serve. In all fairness, the day staff were much better.
The meal the following morning was a happy surprise, with a good selection at the buffet; and attentive service. But the kitchen-staff must remember to cover salads and desserts, in order not to provide a feast for flies.
The room reminds one of a hotel from the 60s, quaintly furnished but comfortable and spotlessly clean…though the airconditioning did NOT work well. The Housekeeping staff are mostly Nepalese; generally sweet-natured and helpful.
And the environs of the resort are truly beautiful, with a garden and pool; and facing a lush golf-course where one is NOT allowed to take a walk.
Checking-out was a nightmare, with contradictory information being given by Front Desk/Concierge, and being asked to pay extra for a taxi that didn’t arrive.
Would I return? Only if there was no alternative!

101 ridiculous things in this resort:

1)Extra towel will cost RM 20 ( this is like staying in TUNE hotel but at a much more expensive rate)
2) Staff unable to communicate in malay or english
3) After swimming in pool have to change into dry clothing before being allowed to enter hotel. Even a 5 star hotel don't have this rule. ( Had to argue with the staff as we were not aware of this crazy rule and the staff was forcing us to dry off under the sun before entering the hotel.. Lucky the manager got some amount of brain in his head and allowed us in)
4) Check in took 15 minutes - staff too slow
5) no carpet in room
6)They did not turn on the water at Kids pool play area ( water gun, water fountain are all beautiful but non functioning)
7) Kids pool not clean
8) They have a note ( more like a warning) only 2 drinking bottle complimentary.. How expensive can a drinking water be.

Will never come to this place again even its free....

I was there for a 3 days 2 nights business meeting. The hotel looked clean and new but the reception staff was horrible. When I was checking in, the staff was rude, left me waited for more than 15 minutes when she disappeared into her back office, without letting me know what was going on. There was no group check-in and no other staff around.
The location of the resort is a bit isolated. The resort had themed lunches, which was refreshing for meeting delegates like us. Their breakfast spread was nothing to shout about.
Room amenities are very standard. Their pool was under renovation during my stay. Tried their gym, limited equipment.
