The hotel is located near 9avenue and Tesco in Nilai, where all the food and shops are so it's really convenient. Rooms are clean and look new, although there are strange sounds at night. The only thing is that the hotel has no lifts. So imagine carrying your luggage walking up the stairs, especially if you're staying at level 3. Other than this no major complaints. Plenty of parking spots outside.

Checked in for one night stay with family . The check in was good and the girl was help full. Took the family room with two queen size bed combined . The room look quite dim and not so pleasant . The bathroom clean but water heater is unable to change the temperature. Night staff, receptionist girl who worked was not very help full as we needed to use the iron box, anyway this average hotel to stay and the management needs to improve its customer service skills in order to improve their hotel service.

I've been in this Hotel for 2 times. There is a girl who are helpful in the counter, will answer and try to help when we have problem. So far, there are some air conditioner not really cold, its like blowing and the cold is not there. Shower are not hot enough but if you can get a good room then you're lucky enough. At mid night, you can heard other visitor slam the door, based on my experience. The soundproof is not really proven. So far its a good stay for a day or two. 😀

This hotel located in the mid of NILAI town. NILAI is under negeru sembilan state. As well as (SEPANG). Were is F1 circuit & KLIA airport. (KL INTRNATIONAL AIRPORT. Is named as that but dost located in the capital KUALA LAMPUR. anyway. Sai Villa hotel is far from KLIA aprox 25km kilo meter, and there is few other hotel/motel around in same zone. My review for a tourist or transit travel. Do not go that deep if you want to avoid the expansive hotels inside KLIA. There's mist closer hotel area away from airport around 10km . They all same price, same service. (I live 20 min away from airport by the way) . Back to Sai Villa, dont use Booking.com or agonda or any other app/website. But do direct go ahead the reception and choose your room . You know your budget. AND THOSE APPS ARE GIVING HIGHER PROCE THAN THE REAL ONE IN HOTEL MENU. ( as my experience in this hotel . I use booking app. Reserves the room. And I approach thier without mention that. & i get the best deal. So. Sai hotel is mid really good (price,internet,view, intrior desgin) Vs others of its same category in same area. & bad in services (dont exepect a good & smilly face among all hotels here , if it wasnt 5 star hotel.
