We had booked another place in the area but, unfortunately, they had to close to return to the UK at short notice. At the last minute I contacted Bed in the Treetops. The first thing I was asked was "why didn't you book with us before

We enjoyed our stay at Treetops. The accommodation is clean and well serviced and Peter and Rosemary are charming hosts. The upstairs lounge and balcony are for guests use and tea and coffee making facilities are available. Slightly unusual are the breakfast arrangements in that a voucher is issued which is redeemed at Ricky's a restaurant in a nearby hotel....

This really is not a Bed & Breakfast place. We were given vouchers for breakfast and had to walk to a restaurant in a hotel on the main street to have breakfast. The only coffee is upstairs and it's INSTANT coffee. The stairs are too steep to attempt to carry the instant coffee back to your room. It's also overpriced...

We were so happy with the location and accomodations at this B&B. The room was large and comfy (had the king room), lovely living room and balcony upstairs. Owners were so kind and interesting to talk to. Breakfast provided was superb, just a quick walk to Ricky's - lovely choices for breakfast - perogies with bacon and pineapple juice for...

As the title says, great location. Two minute walk away from the centre of town in Banff. We were glad to have an all-day breakfast option, free parking, extremely clean accommodations, and it was a pleasure to meet Rosemary and Peter. Eleanor in Calgary handled the booking and was very helpful.

Pros: - next to the city center - very nice hosts Cons: - old furniture - thin walls, you can hear your neighbours - shabby carpets - hard to open any window in the basement suite - dirty dishes in the basement suite kitchen

We stayed for three days, the room is a suite with large bedroom and living room kitchen bathroom , all are neat and clean, and contains eveything we need. The location is also good, near Banff city cente. We are very satisfied, will recommend!

We stayed in the basement suite, it was musty, probably due to old carpets throughout, even in the kitchen, very outdated and old, cobwebs and somewhat dirty. Cold shower due to not enough hot water, no electrical outlet in bathroom, so good luck doing your hair, and no other plug in with a mirror close enough; kitchen with fridge and...

I endorse what previous reviewers have said, limited interaction with Rosemary & Peter, but that was fine, they were very accomodating. They are rather elderly, so I can understand that they may not wish to accomodate toddlers. Bed was comfortable, good cross ventlation. What really made it was the large sitting area upstairs, we arrived early, no problem with this...

I am going to give a review about my first contact with them. Tried to stay with them but were refused without any reasons. I contacted Treetops Banff B&B via email, and informed them of the dates that we were going to stay there and also explained to them that we have a toddler. I ended up getting a reply...

“The king room would be a great choice for a longer stay as there is a double vanity with a separate bathroom and tons of closet space, plus a living room upstairs with a balcony if you wanted to just hang out. We loved the proximity to town!”
