We stayed one night on our way through to Lake Louise. It was a very central location to the Banff main streets and easy parking. The room was basic, but all we needed. Was a little cool, but may be that we hadn't acclimatised from the Australian summer!

Our ski club has been coming to Bowview Lodge for years. It has a wonderful location on the Bow River and is still within easy walking distance to the heart of Banff. Rooms for the most part are a bit dated but are clean and comfortable. The best room in the place is the River Suite which has been completely...

We stayed in the river suite. The decor was ver nice, it's a large room that even included a kitchen bar with a nice seating area. It was very quiet, loved the location and the view. Best bed and pillows that we have ever slept on. The only negative was a burnt metallic smell in the room. We will definitely...

Will definitely book at this hotel again. Only positive things to say and we booked 3 rooms this stay for other family members. Staff was very helpful and friendly with all requests. Clean rooms. Great location.

We live in Calgary so we are able to visit Banff fairly often, and we always stay at the Bow View. The rooms are clean; the staff are friendly and helpful, and the value is excellent. We highly recommend the accommodation.

Very clean, friendly and affordable!! Excellent location central to everything within the townsite. For an older hotel I am Impressed by its cleanliness and lack of foul smells. This is key for me when selecting an affordable hotel. Also had no issues with reasonable parking! Staff were all very accommodating and friendly! The beds are very firm. My old hips...

The hotel is part of Bow Valley Hotel (just across the parking lot) for restaurants, swimming, & indoor parking. There is a walking path along the Bow River, and both downtown & Tim Hortons (just north of hotel in the Brewster Bus Tour Building) are minutes away. We love being in the mountains whenever we can & Banff put on...

We loved this hotel, the room was very spacious and within walking distance of the main street of Banff. The room had a fantastic shower. You have to walk across to the neighbor hotel to use the pool/hot tub.

Nice hotel with a great location. Not a high end hotel but the location makes up for it. Located downtown but still on the river with excellent views. You can walk everywhere. We would stay there again
