We recently stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was ok, but I believe there are probably other hotels in the area that are better value for money. The girl that checked us in (possibly Australian?) was nice and friendly. However the other reception staff leave a lot to be desired. We walked past the reception a few times each...

Thankfully we spent only two nights here. It was not expensive but still i would not stay here again. Upon check in we were informed that the elevator was out of service. Our room was on the third floor. For some people that would be a pretty big deal...we can do stairs, but had the hotel informed us that the...

This is a short walk to the mall and the shops on the main avenue. Our room faced the road but did not have any issues with noise and the staff was very friendly! The hotel features underground parking if your vehicle is less than 6' I think but does have parking in the rear and the street seemed fairly...

We booked for 3 nights in May and were very pleased. The hotel has a great location within walking distance to the shops and restaurants with secure underground parking. The reception staff were all friendly and helpful with one suggesting some nice local walks. Can't fault the service at all. Whilst not being decorated in a very modern way, our...

I stayed there last weekend with friends while we were in Banff exploring the Rockies. This cute little hotel is very neat and clean and in a 5 minute walk proximity to the main street with shops and restaurants. We also took advantage of their pool and hot tub facility on a gloomy morning. Having a balcony in the room...

Stayed here in April. Room was good very comfortable beds. Walking distance to downtown. Had underground parking with elevator. Was able to eat at the adjacent restaurant if you didn't want to go out.

We stayed here for a week and found the room and facilities really good. Staff were welcoming and friendly. It's only a short walk into main shopping area and parks. The pool is quite nice and has a few hot tubs which is nice to relax in while enjoying the snow mountain views! Avoid the connecting restaurant though as very...

We've stayed here twice in the last year. It is older but the rooms have everything you need. We get the one bedroom suite for the extra space. Our son really loves the pool area, we spent a lot of time there. We only had breakfast at the restaurant, it was good. The location is perfect for going downtown, it's...

Great room size seems like a new Reno and really like the artwork. Close enough for a nice walk Downtown. Only eat in restaurant once nothing special. Tegan on the front desk was so helpful giving us great tips on where to eat and sent us on a magical hike to tunnel mountain where we watched the sunset and would...

We spent the night here on a recent trip to Banff. The location was very convenient to the shops and restaurants on Banff Ave. An easy walk to just about anywhere. The rate was reasonable and the rooms were comfortable, and a bit on the rustic side.
