We stayed here because it was on the mountain. No 1/2 hour gondala ride or butting on boots in the parking lot. We know the rooms are small but we didn't spend much time in the room. We spent time on the mountain, in the lounge or sleeping in the room. Nice time.

The setup for staying on the hill is very good. It is easy to start skiing while your luggage is transferred to your room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The skiing, as always was the best conditions anywhere. I have skied at Sunshine and stayed at the Sunshine Lodge hotel 15+ times and never been disappointed. I would recommend...

Snow and skiing was great. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Loved staying on the mountain. Ski lessons for our daughter was great as she started from zero and was able to ski on green runs by the second day.

As sunny state skiers, we want to fully maximize our ski vacations - there is no better for us than Banff NP, and Banff is best by SSV via the Sunshine Mountain Lodge: ski-in/ski-out to multiple lifts, no crowds, always great snow, variety of terrain, great staff on the mountain and at the lodge, we own the slopes by late...

I just wanted to let everyone know we had a wonderful time at Sunshine. Thanks so much. The ski staff were exceptional (Christine, James and Daniel x 2). The skiing and setting great. We could not have imagined better.

The staff was exceptional. Everyone goes out of their way to help out if you need it. The excellent service starts right from the check-in at the bottom of the mountain. The beds are very comfortable! This was our first time and I would stay here again.

My wife and I had a great time staying at the Sunshine Mountain Lodge during a recent visit. Staying oon the hill is the only way to go. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We have another visit planned soon. I would highly recommend staying on the hill

While there are some very enjoyable dishes on the new Fireside Lounge menu (e.g., the seared halibut), others are atrocious (e.g., the French onion soup, which bore no resemblance to the traditional "Les Halles" style - I couldn't eat mine). The relatively long "vegetarian" list may be charitably described as a failed attempt to be trendy and the individual dishes...

The hotel and skiing were great. The rooms are well appointed and maintained. Only complaint is the gondola closes st 5pm and if you're staying on the mountain you're trapped and dinner options are limited.

Our loft was modern, spacious, and clean. Good food at the restaurants without a big price tag (not like other ski resorts that try to gouge you). Check-in/out process was easy and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Daily organized activities for kids included hot tube bingo, sledding etc. The ski school was well organized and instructors were happy to...
