Feb 7,8. 2015. 3 kids, 5 Adults. Nice location Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff and male cleaning staff that we saw in the parking lot from time to time going from unit to unit. Room cleaning was only the most basic. I suspect the sheets and counters only and probably the floor. The bathroom walls and any horizontal...

Stayed in one bedroom suite this weekend, and had a wonderful time. The two ladies at the front desk were very helpful in accommodating our early checkin (4hrs early), and asked if we needed an additional furniture for our children. The furniture in the suite was a little dated, but very clean, and fully stocked with firewood, utensils, glassware etc....

To Angela, Thank you kindly for your review, great to read. To let you know about restaurants that are near us. There are 2, and both within walking distance. We will be more than happy to tell you about these next time you come stay with us. Or perhaps to check out one of our other rooms, they all have...

We stayed here for 6 nights and really can't fault the place. All the staff were really friendly, helping us organise delivery and return of our ski gear. The rooms were pleasant, with a nice little fire place and kitchen. It wasn't hard to get around with a bus stop right out the front and the complimentary bus passes were...

This was a second stay in the Executive Suites. Very well appointed rooms spoiled by the lack of maintenance: Cover of the PTAC unit fell off causing a huge crash everytime the heat came on, finally pushed it into the corner leaving the AC guts exposed. Labels once posted in the bathroom and shower have been removed leaving glue patches...

I met my two daughters and my sister in law last Sunday at Tunnel Mountain Resort for a little weekend get away. They had stayed on Saturday also. We had room 146 assigned to us. Stayed there this weekend. Thought the room was great for the price, given it was spacious with great amenities. We stayed in the loft style suites with the 2 bedrooms. To our surprise after the first night, we woke up to find a bed bug on our pillow. DISGUSTING, we called the front desk and notified them. they asked us...
