Our third stay here in 5 years. Love the hotel. Love the proximity to shoe, stores and restaurants. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Only made use of the "Chinook" restaurant for breakfast. But food and service very good.

The location was fantastic, but after staying a night in the Banff Fairmont Springs this hotel was a let down. The rooms were incredibly dark, although this was part of a tour package and we later found out we had "limited view rooms". The pools were good and the eucalyptus steam room was a nice twist. One of the strangest...

We spent two nights here during our tour of the Icefields Parkway in September 2016. Nice hotel, clean, central location. Banff is a nice town, and the hotel is very central. However, I think it's more suited to winter vacations than summer. Having said that, I have no negative comments.

I usually go to Banff Springs when we go to Banff but since it is a hockey tournament they booked us this hotel. Hotel was very clean, comfortable and restaurant was good. I will come back for sure. Really close to the shops.

I give it 4 stars for the price alone, but Banff isn't a cheap area, so it may be an average cost. We were given a great room right on the corner. You simply walk a few blocks to the main strip. The room was very nice, but the hotel itself could use a few updates. Service was great. Also,...

We have just returned from a 9 night stay over Christmas and new Year and I would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed with our daughter and her partner and both rooms were lovely, great size, comfortable beds with a good amount of storage. There is an additional vanity sink outside the bathroom which was really useful. The location is...

The hotel was just perfect for what we needed - lovely clean pool area with really hot jacuzzi, close to shops and plus even more importantly the ski bus service stops right outside. The staff were really helpful - once even taking our stuff over the road so we didn't miss the bus. The rooms and corridors could be better,...

Hotel was great, staff was friendly and accommodating. Wheelchair accessible room with roll-in shower. Solid shower bench with plenty of grab bars through out the bathroom. Hotel has everything, shops, restaurants, pool/hot tubs (unfortunately NOT wheelchair accessible) and centrally located. Sunday brunch at the Chinook restaurant was good but fairly expensive; it's Banff... Would recommend Melissa's Missteak directly accross from...

We stayed at the Banff Park Lodge for two nights and it was a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is right near all the major shopping and dining locations in town so you can walk pretty much anywhere. The rooms are spacious and well kept and the bathrooms are very modern. The hotel facilities are top notch with...

I was really impressed with BPL. The rooms were nice and spacious, modern bathrooms, comfortable beds and tea/coffee facilities. The spa is nice, the jacuzzi and steam room are well kept and towels are provided, bathrobes can be purchased for $3 which was good value. The laundry facility is good especially if you need to wash your thermals, this is...
