This review is in two parts; firstly our stay at the resort was fantastic. The location on the lower slopes of the mountains is stunning. We were upgraded to a three storey condo (two adults, two teenage kids) that was superbly fitted out with amazing views. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hot pool was lovely with a...

We recently spent 4 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Front desk personnel were friendly and knowledgable. Room was clean and spacious, kitchen facilities were great. Beds were very comfortable. We had a lamp that had the knob missing to turn it on and mentioned it to the cleaning crew when they came and she said she would mention it...

The resort is located up Tunnel Mountain just outside the town centre. It's quite a long walk to the town but there is a regular bus service to and from the site and complimentary passes are provided. Although the apartments are essentially quite pleasant, set out like houses in a residential street, they are rather tightly packed in and the...

We were traveling in a group of 6 people and stayed at the Hidden Ridge Resort for 3 nights in Banff. We really enjoyed our stay there, and if we ever return to Banff we'd stay here again. We had reserved the 2 Bedroom + Loft (total of 3 Queen beds plus kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, etc.) They even...

Was alright....nice views from lukewarm pool that was maybe supposed to be a hot tub. Limited internet access. Limited parking available. Nothing other then being in Banff proper justified this hotel being so expensive.

Our family along with friends from Oregon recently spent a week at Hidden Ridge Resort while enjoying the surrounding nature and attractions that the Banff area offers. We rented the largest unit available as we were 6 adults and 1 child. The cost per day exceeded $600 however this was the only place we would find that offered the space...

Excellent value for the money spent. Was a vacation with friends and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Free 24 hour coffee in the lobby, quiet surroundings, free bus rides to downtown if needed and friendly staff.

We are a family of 4 with two teens. Stayed in a family suite with 3 queen beds and a living room and kitchen. Spacious and everything we needed -- fireplace (with free firewood), balcony, plenty of utensils and pans for kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are two giant pool/hot tubs in which to relax after a...

Great place to stay…..roomy, clean and very comfortable luxurious beds. Close to town and close to fabulous hiking - the hoodoo trail. Would definitely stay here again. We were able to arrange a late checkout which helped us tremendously on our last day. Loved the daily cleaning crew coming in!

First night we stayed in the regular Queen room. For $200 wasn't that great. Was ground floor and dated/dark in the room. Dungeon like. Second night we decided to splurge for the jacuzzi room above the lobby. It was amazing! I broke a wine bottle and the service workers came right away and made sure no glass was left. The...
