We were very impressed with our room and the lodge. Very friendly people, great pool and hot tub. Only complaint was that the noise from the room above was very loud and kept us awake. This seems similar to other comments...so perhaps try to be on the top floor? Was very disruptive and we had a baby with us too...

Staff was not helpful AT ALL! Very over priced for the service and quality. The room was dated and our hot tub wasn't exactly appealing. I would NOT recommend this hole to anyone!! Not worth the money!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. My wife and I came here four years ago when we were dating, and just came back to celebrate an anniversary. We brought our dog with us and the hotel was very accommodating. They provided a bed, bowls, and a toy for her. My wife and I would definitely stay here again!

Condo not prepared correctly on our arrival. Room was very dark with little natural light. The noise from the rooms above was very loud and kept us awake at night. House keeping was very poor with the beds not made properly, squashed bugs on the walls and old stained towels that need replacing. On a good note we were offered...

Stayed for 4 nights with family. The place is beautiful, clean and looks fairly new, and the service was excellent. They gave us everything we asked for: extra pots, towels, shampoo... You name it. On our last night, there was a problem with our hot water and they sent someone right over. It took a few hours to get fixed,...

We arrived to find that our unit would not fit in the parking lot. The staff was friendly and helpful. They upgraded us so that we could park near our room. That sounded great, however the room was so disappointing. It looked as though no one had stayed in it for months. There was dust all over and the table...

We had a double cabin with loft, which offered 3 queen beds in total, which was a good solution for us (family of 4). Living room is relatively small and was ok for a three night stay but would have been too small for a longer stay. There is a lack of space for suitcases and little storage for clothes....

I must say that the facilities met all our facility needs - the management have clearly thought out the needs of their visitors and done their best to accomodate them. The kitchen was well equiped, staff very helpful, the bikes for rent excellent, the trails around the site very good, BBQ's well maintained, hot tub/pools had a great view and...

Hi Mr. P, Thank you so much for the review regarding your five night stay at the resort. We look forward to having the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. My husband and I were so excited to visit Banff for the first time and we were not disappointed! The city was beautiful, bustling and definitely a worthwhile tourist destination, so we had high hopes for HIdden Ridge Resort, situated just outside of the city, proclaiming rustic charm and fabulous vistas. Upon check-in my husband was convinced that we had...

I am sorry your perspective of the property was so poor and lead to this terrible review. Had you stayed at the resort to appreciate our many complimentary amenities maybe your impression would have improved. Summer is high season in Banff, unlike Whistler and our rates are reflective of this. I am sorry that you found the cost of your...

Hidden Ridge is a very pleasant way to explore Banff National Park. Modest, but extremely clean and friendly. I expected it to be a basic mountain place to stay, but it exceeded my expectations with little touches like free firewood, picnic tables and grills, 24 hour coffee and tea, excellent wi-fi,and bus passes The staff was efficient and helpful every...
