We stayed in Banff at the beginning of August for the long weekend in the 2 bdrm with loft plus games room, The condo was great, we had everything we needed and we had direct access to the communal bbq from our condo. Everyone enjoyed their stay, the sofa bed was a bit bumpy but other than that it was...

A great family friendly hotel, helpful staff with good amenities. Free DVD rental and ice pops for the children. Free bus pass into town. Nice clean rooms. Lovely small pool area. We would definitely stay again.

My family stayed in a 1 bedroom condo with loft for 4 nights in August. The main floor had a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, and a living room (with fireplace), small kitchen, and porch/deck. The upstairs loft had two queen size beds and a half bathroom. All three beds were wonderfully comfortable with big piles of...

I would like to echo the thoughts of earlier reviews about ground level units and the level of noise from above. We had a deluxe queen on the ground level, unit 108, for three nights. The first night of our stay there was a family with children in the condo above. The footsteps were more than a muffled noise from...

Thank you for the review. I have shared it with my upper company management as we endeavor to try to address the issue you have noted in the deluxe one bedroom condos with one queen (in likely the most understandable, comprehensive and eloquent way I can remember reading). We have tried quite a few different strategies but none have been...

I have been taking my granddaughters to Hidden Ridge every July for the past 6 years. Every year gets better. The rooms are clean, free firewood for the fireplaces and free wifi. You are at the top of the mountain and the views are beautiful. There is coffee, tea, hot chocolate and freezies available in the lobby. A large selection...

Had a great time enjoyed the room. Will be back for a ski trip in winter. Staff were friendly and rooms clean and well equipped . Parking was scarce but nothing to worry about. Would recommend this place to anyone . We so not have kids but families seemed to enjoy their stay .

My husband, myself, our daughter and her girlfriend stayed at Hidden Ridge Resort for three nights this summer and it was wonderful! The unit was very clean and spacious for our needs. It was great to have the second 1/2 bath in the loft, and later at night, even on a 32 degree day, the breeze cooled off the condo...

We stayed in the two bedroom suite with the loft. It was a perfect fit for our families to enjoy time together. We especially loved being able to wind down after dinner with the pools and hot tub. It was a beautiful property and close enough to the town and highway to see the rest of the park.

We were a family of four (two teens). This is a very nice locale to explore the Banff area. The property amenities are nice (pool) and the views are very satisfying. The room was not quite what we expected for the price, however. We had an end unit, bottom floor which did not have enough sound proofing from the floor...
