My husband and spent three nights at the Juniper over family weekend. The hotel is nice and had a convenient location but out experience with the staff has been awful. I left behind an expensive electric toothbrush and have been trying to get them to ship it back to me in Seattle for five days. I contacted them on a...

Spent one night here recently on my way from Golden to Calgary. Very convenient for travelers since it is right off the main Hwy 1. Maybe not the best location for those who want to walk around "downtown" Banff, since it is a few km from there, but easy to drive and park anywhere. I was upgraded to a suite...

A comfortable stay, close to the town centre and good value room. Restaurant pricey so we didn't eat there. Great base for Banff activities, with warm and cosy rooms. View over the town towards the mountains was stunning.

The bed and pillows are awesome. Made for a great sleep but I'd recommend staying on floor 2 or above. The heat vents come in from the ceiling on the first floor and make for a dry breathing experience. There's a lovely outdoor hot tub that makes this location worth returning to. Good rates, because it's out of the town...

Located across the highway from the town of Banff at the bottom of Norquay ski hill. Amazing location, tucked away in the wilderness but really close to the town, skiing, and running paths. Front desk staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. Rooms are awesome, some smaller than others but seriously great. Comfortable, clean and not a bad view from any...

This is our second time staying in this hotel and this time we brought a few family members along. We can all agree that this place is great for a winter getaway. Less than a 5min drive to town but far enough away from the crowds of tourist. My now husband and I had a very intimate wedding just outside...

My wife and I enjoyed the Indigenous Dinner presented at the Juniper, as part of the Taste of Banff event. It was likely one of the most memorable dinners that we've had (and we are both very good cooks that appreciate a variety of cooking styles and menus). We stayed in Banff for a week, and this meal was easily...

This was our first time spending the night in Banff and it was an outstanding and unforgettable experience. The location is strategical, near the quietness of the mountains and just minutes away from Banff center. The Bistro is another specialty. They have the gift. Awesome service and undisputable food expertise. I thank you to the Waiter, the Maitre and all...

Our first visit over 3 yrs ago, we had a room facing the backside parking lot and mountains and I remember wishing we had one facing the valley. Therefore on our most recent visit we booked a room facing the valley and Mt. Rundle. We had a beautiful view but only problem was the traffic noise from the highway. So...

Had such a wonderful three night stay here, we didn't want to leave an extended our trip by another day. We travel with our dog and was so excited that one of the cabins with three beds and a fireplace was available. There could definitely be better signage, because when we showed up it was late and dark and we...
