The hotel was average but was clean, comfortable with 2 double beds. Was with a tour group and the girl on reception panicked when we all walked in as 1 room still wasn't ready. The pool, restaurant and liquor store are in the adjoining hotel (Voyager) Situated on the outskirts of Banff with about a 30 min walk to the...

The location was a little far from Banff downtown, but in return, the place was really quiet. About 15 minute walk to the convenience store (IGA) and downtown. Check-in was smooth and the staff was really kind. Liquor store and a bar was located in the Inn, but didn't have the chance to visit. The room was clean and neat,...

fairly basic hotel with limited facilities, the decor is dated and the rooms are basic but clean, the wifi was hard to connect with, there is no kettle for us tea drinkers, the hair dryer did not work, and there is no fridge or safe, had to get the room key reprogrammed twice as it did not want to continue...

This hotel was part of my tour, the decor is dated, needs a bit of a refurb. The bed was very uncomfortable and the wifi was slow, to the point where nothing could be uploaded. It was clean and the staff friendly. A good 20 minutes walk from the town centre.

We were not very happy with this hotel. We did not choose it, it was part of a tour. The decor is old & worn out, it has a stale smell and the wifi was bad. There wasn't any in room safe or fridge, the pillows were soft & lumpy but the towels were very good, thick & soft. The...

Excellent price/quality ratio. Clean and descent rooms, enough space. Enjoyed the bath after a long day hiking. Cars are parked free and safe in the underground garage. You get basic breakfast at the hotel nextdoor, didn't like that much. Staff is very helpful.

We were pleased with our accommodation and found our room spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was more than adequate with a nice variety of yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, toast etc. Couple things lacking were bar fridge and iron. For the time of year it was reasonable price. Liked that included parking was underground and accessible only to guests with the code. We...

Got a standard room and definitely had a lot of space. Parking underground. Had a view of a cute courtyard. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was included and my only complaint was the flimsy paper plates. It felt like we were using napkins as plates...it was not good. I would recommend bringing your own plates.

The floor in the banquet room where the breakfast was served looked as though it hadn't been washed in years. Couldn't drink the bitter coffee and the cheapo breakfast was less than desired. Wifi poor. Bed was old and creaky. Needs paint and a decor overhaul that takes them into this century. They are taking advantage simply of the supply...
