The lodge has well appointed 'rustic' accommodation with a gas fireplace in each room. Stayed in the main lodge and had beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Had a fantastic dinner in their dining room. Breakfasts were fantastic and the staff really helpful....More
First, let me say that the overall experience of this lodge was fabulous. We stayed in cabin #5 for two nights in September 2017. We originally booked it because we wanted to hike the Paradise Valley/Sentinel Pass/Larch Valley hike and end up snug and warm...More

We brought our 9-year-old son last summer and it was fine, but they don't cater to children. They say on the website they cannot accommodate children under the age of 8. With all the noise from the tourists in the lake all day though, I'm not sure why they don't allow young kids to stay there. It is a beautiful place and we plan to return, but we've learned this isn't a place for peace and quiet!!
