We chose Baker Creek as we wanted to spend a couple of days in the Lake Louise area and didn't want to have to drive too far for the attractions in the area. You could easily stay in Banff and travel, however we wanted to spend more time walking and climbing than sitting in a car. There is not a...

My husband & I stayed with my sister and brother-in-law in Baker Creek's deluxe loft suite for a week. It was perfect for 2 couples. We loved the rustic feel of the suite along with the beautiful views of the river & mountains we could enjoy from both of the balconies. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Heather, who...

We'd booked a 'log cabin', or so we thought. We were in what is essentially an apartment block with logs. It did have a jacuzzi. After a long drive, it would have been nice to sit outside on the balcony, listening to the river, but a stupid family decided to have a log fire in the pit outside. The smoke...

Inside the 1 bedroom cabin we had booked, was a small kitchenette with ample basics, and while the fridge looked small, it was deep and could hold the contents of our full mid-sized cooler. The one bedroom on the main had a loft upstairs with 2 twin beds, accessed by a log ladder. We were with friends who had small...

There are few places to stay on the Bow Parkway. As soon as you approach this property, you are impressed by the landscaping, the pretty cabins, and the nearby creek. The cabins are smaller than the pictures suggest, but our 2 adult couples fit fine in the 2 bedroom, one bath cabin as we spent most of our time hiking...

This is the perfect place to get away from it all. Our loft cabin was warm, functional and beautiful, although the bathroom looked a little tired. The on-site resturaunt was amazingly well priced and a very good feed. We especially enjoyed the friday night hot chocolate and campfire with the managers of the property by the gorgeous river-side. My note...

I booked this lodge at the last minute and was lucky to get anything. We had the 2 bedroom lodge for the 2 of us, as it was the last lodge left, which I was fine to pay extra for because I really wanted to stay here. We got cabin #4 which I believe was the number 1 spot! We...

We were simply blown again when we got our Jacuzzi suite by the creek..The room is super cosy, spacious, and has lovely rustic decor which opens up to a balcony facing the creek. You can experience the sound of nature right in the room. Facing the beautiful creek and forest, listening to the sound of the flowing river soothes all...

This property has earned very high marks on TripAdvisor. Deservedly so. Everything met our high expectations. Jacuzzi Loft Suite was a good value. Service was very good. Staff was genuinely nice. Restaurant has very good food and is super convenient. Location of property is excellent. We were able to cover several half-day hikes that were all within a one-hour drive....
