Room service is now served in a brown paper bag, "take out style" as they called it. We were not notified of this when we ordered it. Our AAA Steak burgers came in a bag. If you are looking for a tray or a plate to eat on, you won't get one with this room service. We had a $108...

It is true that we have very recently launched a new program for in room dining that reflects a ‘take out’ or ‘to go’ style. This change was made for a variety of reasons including the sustainability of using completely recyclable materials and the exciting launch of a new food program which best encapsulates who we are as ‘Hotel Arts’....

Wonderful experience at Hotel Arts. Everything met or exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend to fellow Calgary travelers. Clean rooms, friendly staff, wonderful perks such as good quality shampoo/conditioner in bathroom, workout room, pool, bikes to use, dining options, wifi, etc.

good in all respects - this is ridiculous in asking for a narration; I have already said that the hotel experience was excellent; asking for too much is pushing the envelope. It discourages people from filling out these surveys.

Interesting and fun hotel. Interesting art and decor. Service and rooms very good. Good location for our needs. Yellow Door great brunch with excellent service. Nice pool area. Only problem yoga class took up too much space when we wanted to use facility.

Nice comfortable room with lots of counter space in the bathroom. Interesting art. Staff eager to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. They have an excellent restaurant and bar on the premises. We had dinner ar the Yellow Door and it was very good.

This hotel is just south of the downtown, but was perfect for our needs (close to a wedding we attended.) Our room on the 11th floor was great - cool, quiet and well-appointed. Room service was right on time for breakfast and the food was good and hot. This hotel offers good value in Calgary and is quite chic too!

I thoroughly enjoyed my three nights here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the chocolates in my room on arrival! Check out the bar while you are there - great Vietnamese food.

Great Boutique Hotel in Downtown area. Close to restaurants, entertainment and Stampede/Corral. Expensive but catch the Special Weekend Rates. Use the Self Park, no need for Valet as the parking lot is right beside the hotel. Very Freindly and Helpful Doormen YOu Must Make Reservastions at The Yellow Door Restaurant or Face a 45 min,. unexpected wait. Turn the air...

Very good hotel. Clean and service was very good. Great location. We didn't need our vehicle at all. Pool party was impressive and although I didn't go down for it, it looked like alot of fun. Was there for a wedding and venue and service there was great too. Will definitely be back.

Hotel Arts have done an excellent job in upgrading the hotel over the last few years. The renovated rooms are very spacious, comfortable and well furnished. Would definitely consider staying here again if I am in the area.
