The Tuxedo B&B is ran by Glen who has lived in the property for most of his life, his local knowledge is second to none. Always willing to go the extra mile to help you out, but not pushy or over-powering in anyway. It's the perfect place to stay, full of character and family history and located close to both the... We enjoyed our stay at this bed and breakfast. The breakfast was excellent especially the home made jam (we simple love the crab apple jam). The whole place is very clean and well maintained. Glen was extremely helpful and hospitable. The location is in a residential area with lots of dining options available. It is about 20 minutes from the... More

Glen is an absolute doll! The house is fitted with all the essentials and THAT BATH, oh my word! My friend and I were trekking across Canada so that I could move to Vancouver Island, and let me tell you, this place was a sight for our very sore eyes. Glen's dog, Molly, is an absolute treasure as well. Don't... More

An amazing and comfortable B&B with charm. Glen was a great host who made us feel welcome and we had some great chats over breakfast which comprised of eggs (cooked differently each morning) and toast and homemade jams (raspberry, strawberry and saskatoonberry). We enjoyed spending time with Glen and Molly, the resident Australian Shepherd. The B&B is beautifully decorated and... More

This is a charming B&B, full of character (just like the owner Glen). My boyfriend and I had a delightful and extremely comfortable stay here. It was very private which is what we were looking for. The location was perfect with off the street parking and public transportation a breeze to get into the city centre. The room was well-appointed,... More

We booked the tuxedo b&b at the last moment when our plans had to be altered. It was our first day in Canada and Glen made us extremely welcome. I was really thirsty following our flight from the uk but we were able to have tea and biscuits in the guest lounge. The house is located in a residential area... More

Parking was perfect and breakfast was more than adequate and different each day. A delightful place offering exceptional value for the price charged. Highly recommend that... More

My first impression of the inn was when I arrived and and taxi driver was impressed with the decor. It was a lovely exterior and definitely welcoming. Glen is an excellent host, who will do everything he can to make sure you are comfortable. The breakfast is excellent! Fresh fruit, cereal, coffee and the special meal (pancakes with bacon, eggs... Glen is a charming, chatty host. Grand old home with lots of character. Very hot when we were in Calgary so Glen had fans in every room - bit noisy through out the night, but air flow was necessary. Top quality linens. Comfy sitting room. Excellent breakfast. Great location and decent price.

This review is a bit late, but my fiance and I stayed with Glen and Molly at Tuxedo House in January 2014. We had such a fantastic stay! I honestly can say I've never felt so at home at a B and B before! Glen is a perfect host, and such a lovely person! Of course, Molly was a sweet... More
