It's convenient for us to stay here but it's getting a bit shabby. Everything in the room is old and stained. Found a cigarette butt on the coffee maker and a huge long hair on the side of the shower. Screen on window broken and the air conditioner is very loud. The pool and water slide are fun though.

We stayed here over the long weekend. Got a king suite. Price was excellent and the service was amazing. Easy check in and check out. Very clean room (former housekeeper). Updated room as well. Lovely

I had reservations here only because Best Western was booked. I hated Travelodge as soon as I drove up to it. Gross old air conditioners in windows. So outdated inside. They advertise a restaurant in house but it has been closed for years. I cancelled my reservations even though I knew I would not find another vacancy. I pulled off...

We enjoyed our stay. Close to everything we wanted to do and see. Even got a round of golf in at a course close by. The room was always always made up and they even prop up my sons teddy's on the pillows.

Thank you for noticing the little extras that our hotel staff do. I did forward you comment to the executive housekeeper.

Even though it has a waterslide for kids at this West End Edmonton location… We far prefer the south Edmonton travel lodge location for it's vastly superior service and cleanliness… on the southside We find the architecture aging, coupled with the carpets aging, coupled with the lack of General cleanliness and appearance of disorder… A turn off We would not...

A great cozy and quiet hotel that is affordable and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We just wanted to getaway from everyday life in the city we live in, and drove a few hours to visit Edmonton...if you are traveling here I recommend this hotel :)

Stayed there for one night. Hotel has been recently renovated. Staff were pleasant, rooms were clean, and had all the necessities. Only negatives were strong smell of chlorine in the lobby when we first got there, doors seem to slam shut due to the auto closing thing, and my access card stopped working and had to be reprogrammed. Other than...

Great, clean hotel. Close to enough to mall and shopping centres. Quiet location for a big city. Rooms were clean and housekeeping did a fantastic job. Perfect pool for children and the water slide is great for kids too. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay there for next trip.

Fantastic place to stay. Nice room with an air conditioner that doesn't sound exactly opposite of a jet engine, on the other hand the wifi most definitely is exactly opposite. The Smitty's restaurant attached takes your breath away. Always great to be the vibrant city of Edmonton.

This is not a grand hotel but it is equally not expensive. It is situated in a sort of trading estate area. However it was also better than I expected for a 2 star hotel. The lobby has an overwhelming smell of chlorine as you enter but that is because the pool is situated off this area. It is all...
