We arrived today to spend 2 nights and we were welcome with a big friendly smile from Ajay at the front desk..He was so friendly and we ask if we could see our room first as we had heard and read some not so nice reviews. Our room is in the West Wing and it is very ,very clean, big and...

The price is right and will stay at this hotel again. Close to all the locations we needed to go. Lots of parking space. No problems at check in. Very good internet service, high speed. My only problem I had was the hotel doors that slam shut making a loud noise.

i wouldn't go back because the people who work there are not nice and the hotel is just painted not renovated, curtains are dirty and bed sheets oh my God. house keeping does nothing to clean if you stay there which i think would make sense to clean your room since your staying longer. one receptionist says you have to...

My girl, Sharmell, and I recently stayed at the Yellowhead Inn this past weekend. While it wasn't close to downtown we made due with what we could being 15 minutes away from the Western Edmonton Mall. The Wifi here was the best quality in all of our travels. But the room we were given did not match what we saw...

Rooms are spacious enough, large flat screen TV, good selection of channels, wifi OK, self-service laundry is a nice touch ($2-2.50 for wash or dry). Storage space in room OK. Microwave and fridge in all rooms. Little things that have changed show...

Great hotel to stay at. Great value. Easy to get to. The only complaint is that a couple lights were burnt out and there was not enough towels for four people. The biggest plus is that the rooms were huge and lots of space.

Rooms could have been a bit more updated. The pictures on booking.com were dated. Rooms were clean, but the beds were uncomfortable. Bed sheets could have been softer. The nighttime staff were rude and unfriendly when we checked in, but the staff in the morning were kind. Overall, would not stay here again.
