This is an old motel that is quite well maintained. The room was a little cramped but clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a free continental breakfast but no place to sit to eat it. Just 3 blocks from Rexall, an easy walk for concerts etc.

I booked a room more than 1 month in advance for Roger Waters concert May 28 2012,was sent an E mail with confirmation number under the heading of "do not reply to this E mail." Got to hotel, they had no clue where my reservation was, asked to speak to manager, was given runaround, manager didn't show up to even talk...

Mr. Skubovius did reserved a motel room online with us for May 28th, as stated on our website all cancellations must be cancelled online prior to 6:00pm on date of arrival. This reservation was never cancelled online and for that reason as far as I was concern he was a no show which occasionally happens. The online reservations are all...

I've stayed at the Eastglen Inn many times. The rooms are very quiet due to the concrete block wall construction and concrete floors so you never hear your neighbours. The single rooms have a couch with a separate bedroom in the back away from what little noise comes from the parking area. The staff has always been friendly and courteous...

Horrible weekend staff. Very Rude, talking to family members on phone while I wait. When I tried to get her attention she simply turned her back on me. The windows have no security locks at all There seems to be permanent low income residence smoking pot out side there doors. Police attended a couple of times. I was up every hour...

This is by far the absolute worst hotel in the city the service is horrible not willing to listen to any complaints or address any concern about the situation. There are ppl smoking drugs right out on the upstairs walkway and even found a couple of siringes scattered around the parking lot. Unless u are recently out of jail and...

After an in-depth conversation with the agents that dealt with your issues, It became clear to me that your group came to Edmonton for the purpose to attend an Oilers game. Unfortunately, for some unknown reasons issues came up that prevented your group from attend the game. When you notified the agent approximately four hours after you checked in that...

I would never stay here again. It's noisy. You can here everything in the rooms next door and above. Cigarette burns in furniture. Bed sheets were torn. Rooms were not really very clean. But one thing I did like was friendly staff, pretty good continental breakfast.

Booked this inn due to good reviews received! Do not be fooled like me! The Good - close to Rexall Place for shows, free parking, friendly staff The UGLY - non-smoking room smelling, curtains and bed linen torn, carpets and bathroom floor to dirty to take your shoes off. Rested but did not sleep – wondering what makes you itch...

Once again we stayed at the Eastglen for the Capital Exhibition days. We can walk back and forth everyday. They have a small continental style breakfast in the mornings and the staff is very friendly and efficient. We have stayed here off and on for the last 5 or so years and every year we see small improvements. We will...
