We stayed in Pine Bungalows in September, and really enjoyed our stay. Our log cabin was recently rebuilt and I must say, excellent, quiet, warm and plenty large enough for the 2 of us. The cabins are a Kilometre or so outside of Jasper, on the banks of the River Athabasca with magnificent scenery right on our doorstep. The management... More

I was born and raised around the Rockies in Alberta. My first experiences alone in Jasper was at 17. Over time I've become familiar with virtually every property in Lake Louise, Banff, Canmore, Highway 1A and the Icefields Parkway. Pine Bungalows is my favourite. A short walk into Jasper townsite it's as close to authentic with natural wood finishings, stunning... More

I spent two nights in one of their "superior chalets" and greatly enjoyed them. The cabin was brand-new, with a gas fireplace, a fridge and coffee-maker, and lots of room to move and store luggage. The only thing that would improve it any further is a small microwave. The location outside of Jasper is great - very quiet, and right... More

We spent four nights here in a two room cabin. The cabin was comfortable although a microwave to compliment the fridge would have been nice as not all travellers have the necessary equipment to use the barbecue. Wildlife freely wanders thru the site and we saw lots of elk both fro the cabin and down by the river. There is... More

My wife and I spent a couple of nights here with 7 other friends from the US, all seniors, with whom we visit national parks each year. We stayed in 3 of the 2-bedroom bungalows, which easily accommodated our group. The bungalows are simple, clean, and in good working order. Pine Bungalows is situated in a stunning natural area, along... More

We stayed 3 nights in a cabin. They are basic but very clean and comfortable, with a fully equiped kitchen. The setting is peaceful and quiet and a great place to see wildlife. No wifi in the cabins, but available outside the main lodge building. It was not luxurious but had everything we needed and in this very touristy town... More

This is a charming low-frills accommodation with sooooooooooooo much potential -- just not quite there yet (imo, the rate is more than it should be for what we experienced.) I understand they are in the process of renovations, so stay tuned to other reviews. The welcome from the front desk could be improved -- our visit was end-of-season, so maybe... More

This place strives hard to keep peace and quiet in the environment. No TVs, respectful signs asking fir quiet including locking of cars. And it works. Would gave loved a bugalow but they were booked so bad a room in the chalet part. Basic but cofortable. Good location still drove to town but that's because we're big scaredy pants of... More

This is a great place to stay while you're visiting Jasper. All the cabins have recently been renovated. The wonderful smell of pine hits you as you walk in the front door Very quaint and homey. Lovely, rustic decor, including a fireplace. The best part is that the bathroom floors are heated - talk about luxury when you're getting out... More

We stayed for 3 nights. The cabins are basic and aged but they were cheaper than others in the area at the time of booking. The kitchen was functional with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster and oven. It's a bit like glamping, you get a comfy bed in a warm environment but get to enjoy the outdoors as it is.... More
