I stayed two nights with my cousin we came to downhill ski. This was a reasonably priced hotel for having clearly been newly renovated. Everything was tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean. The Pool and Hot Tub were nice, though there were some rowdy young kids in the swimming pool. Thankfully they left soon after...

I used to stay at this hotel when I was a kid! They have sure upgraded it with the new renovations. It was a great hotel, right in the middle of town. The restaurant was very god as well. We ate there a few times, as the breakfast buffet was pretty decent. I would stay there again.

We really liked this place. We were here to visit family for a couple of days. All the rooms are renovated and feel clean. Our room was pretty basic but it had a fridge, coffee maker, and a safe. Its close enough to walk to the nearby restaurants. They are mostly just down the street. The only negative is that...

We stayed one night and although we booked two double beds we asked for queen and were given a room with two queen beds instead. We also requested a late check out and were given an extra hour to check out. The pool and hot tub were a nice ammenity and the room was clean and newly renovated. For the...

Stayed here 3 nights during break. Enjoyed the pool and location the most. Super loud echoes from hallway and upstairs, interrupting sleep regularly. Bar closes at 10:00 , really? Would not let us even buy a drink and take it back to our room, since there is no room service, this leaves zero options.

I'm absolutely disgusted with how the people at the front desk treat paying customers. Jen the manager does not deserve to have a manager title. Jen listened to rumours and judged me for what I do in my spare time. I told them my bank wire was late and when I went to pay the $55 dollars the night it...

Dear LeahBel0 As we discussed over the phone my responsibility as an innkeeper is to provide clean, safe and comfortable hotels rooms for payment. Due to your indecisiveness you were advised of a timeline in which you were to make the payment for your stay or if you were to stay with us at all. I apologize you feel that...

Convenient location, clean, big room, nice new looking bathroom. Comfortable beds. We found our room really quiet even though it is on the main road and across from the train line which has a lot of traffic. I think this is partly due to the double glazed windows. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Jasper.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Crimson, our server for breakfast at the restaurant was lovely and very helpful, food was great. We were in a King Bed room, which we found to have plenty of room for the two of us, and great views. Our only complaint was that there was no fan in the bathroom, and as...
