We stayed 2 nights. The hotel appeared a bit old, but the rooms were spotlessly clean and roomy. The food and service in their restaurant were excellent. We were very impressed by the friendly and helpful staff - it makes such a difference to our stay when the staff are friendly. The reception person gave us info on a nice...

I was happy with the hotel the rooms were very large. It was very quiet. The rooms were very clean. The water pressure in the shower was low but that's minor. The hot tub area was clean and we enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows as we relaxed. It is on the edge of jasper so not in walking distance...

Hotel is located towards the edge of Jasper and so is quiet. Room was large and with aircon, safe, toiletries, tea/coffee. Parking is provided. Staff were friendly. We ate the restaurant one night, the service was farcical, in fact it became quite funny. Food was OK but a number of dishes were not available which we only found out each...

Spent a couple of nights at the Chateau Lodge Hotel in Jasper. Situated on the outskirts of the town, about twenty minutes walk from the station, nice enough room but although modernised a little old fashioned in appearance. Having it's own restaurant we found the prices a bit steep and opted to eat outside , not unusual for us though....

The hotel was clean and warm which was perfect for a thanksgiving stay. The pool area was quite chilly but asked them to make it warmer and they fixed that issue which was great. Only bummer about the place is no complimentary breakfast.

Pros: Cheapest place we could find, free underground heated parking, clean. Cons: I haven't stayed in this dated of a hotel ever! The bathroom was scary, the bed was uncomfortable, breakfast buffet was probably the worst I've had in a long time. Unfortunately, I can't say I'll stay here again.

The room was marginal as was service. Location was quite a long walk away from any places of interest to visitors or tourists. It was not the best by far but neither was it as bad as it could have been.

Dear BarbAWS I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. While we are a bit of a walk to the town centre, most of the popular tourist destinations are from 10 minutes to an hour from the town site. It should be noted that we are surrounded by the majestic Canadian Rockies and people enjoy the walk...

The check in staff were excellent and friendly. We asked for dinner options and got three very good suggestions from the staff. The rooms were very clean but dated if that matters to you. My daughter swam in the small pool and enjoyed it.

The room was clean and spacious and included a kettle, fridge and hairdryer. The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze, but there was a second sink unit just outside the bathroom which was useful. Decor was a bit quirky and retro, but not an issue for me. Hotel was about a ten minute walk from the centre and...

Stayed two nights here. Room was clean, and quiet. Parked underground was great as it snowed! Check in and out was quick! Would stay here again. The only thing was that breakfast was not included in the price of the stay. We found other places to check out for breakfast.
