Thought we would stay here on account of seperate room for our kids and a kitchenette. Could not understand a word at the front desk when we got there. Despite the hotel being empty, we were put in the very outskirts of the place. Parking lot was flooded and had to walk half distance of hotel to reach our room....

We stayed for 2 nights, and it was good. The wifi was quite spotty, and the restaurant across the way is closed (you get a discount voucher for the Wicked cafe across town, however). The indoor pool and whirlpool was good. The sauna never did warm up at all. The outdoor hot tub was nice as well, not as hot...

Small rooms with comfortable beds. Very clean--go, housekeeping! Motel in style, on the outskirts of Jasper, but if the walk to or from town is too long for you, any hotel, restaurant or business in the friendly town of Jasper will call a cab for you. Next to Prime Rib City and the (seasonal) Planetarium. A good base for spending...

Basic and clean rooms, free WiFi, easy walk to central Jasper. Nice pool area. Would be nice if the restaurant was open, even with a limited service. Overall, not bad and decent prices. Take a room away from the highway and railway tracks.

An OK place to stay, older and dated. They quoted me a price with the Marmot escape card of 15% discount. They had this on the notes when I checked in but told me they could not honor the 15% as only on standard rooms not on family kitchenettes. I made the decision to stay here based on the discount...

Good Morning 4harley, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and you are correct when you suggest that the Escape Discount is only available on Standard Rooms, something we normally confirm with our guests but that was overlooked in your particular case and for that we sincerely apologize. Upon checking out however and to make up for our...

We stayed at this Inn for 4 nights. We booked the deluxe junior room. It had a sunken living room with fire place. The pool and hot tub were nice but you have to walk outside from the room to access (cold weather snap here -23). The beds were comfortable but the bathroom was tiny. The smoke detector kept chirping...

We enjoyed our stay at Tonquin Inn! Fast easy check in and check out. Nice clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Perfect location which is central to everything. There is a pool and 2 outdoor hot tubs. We also had elk come right by our room to visit. We traveled with our dog and appreciated that they have pet friendly...

I had reserved 2 queens, when we got there it was 1 queen and 1 pullout. We were 3 adults. I was not happy to put one of us on a couch. They were sold out and could not do anything for us till the next day. Then they upgraded us to a much nicer room with 2 queens. Then...

We stayed in a suite with a 2 queen beds, one in a separate bedroom. It had a full kitchen, with a fridge/freezer, full stove and microwave, which we made full use of. The kitchen had a set of 4 dishes and utensils, a couple of pots and bowls. A few items I would have expected that weren't available were...

Dear Kap437, Thank you for taking the time to post your comments and we truly appreciate your input. Some of the items you required were no further away than a phone call to our front desk but items such as coffee filters should have been at your disposal from the moment you arrived. Overall, we are pleased you enjoyed your...

Stayed in two room kitchenette family suite from Tuesday to Friday in February as a personal retreat. Quite lovely and so very peaceful. Because it was mid-week and I was a repeat customer, I was thankful to receive an awesome nightly rate. Thank you Tonquin :) Although I only used the microwave, the kitchen with its full sized sink, fridge...
