People cleaning room missed many items every day. The maintenance staff appeared to be young people with little skills and a lack of pride in doing the best cleaning possible. Every day items were not replaced or cleaned as would be expected for the HIGH price of the Basic Motel Room.

We stayed here as part of a trip from Calgary through the Rockies before boarding the Rocky Mountaineer. This a motel style hotel a good 15 minutes walk out of town. Fortunately our room was on the ground floor so we did not have to drag our cases up stairs. The restaurant "The Inn" was excellent. The reception on arrival...

Fairly well located (could walk or drive to center of town easily), good kitchen facilities in the room for breakfast, and a very good restaurant for dinner. Staff helpful and friendly. Our one problem (a dead light bulb) was dealt with efficiently.

This hotel needs renovating from top to bottom inside and out. Room was ok but carpets stained and worn. Bar manager very inhospitable when walking in for an evening drink 10 minutes before bar close. Refused service because they had a very busy night. What an impression this left with our friends from Holland!! Breakfast dry and would barely sustain...

We used our airmiles on this one and we were pleased with this one. Nice pool! Great Dinner. Very close to everything in Jasper. The room was pretty average. A little older but overall a good stay at the jasper inn and suites.

The good parts first... above average pool area with massive hot tub; very good on-site restaurant; located away from main strip (which we liked) but close enough to walk; quiet at all times; good water pressure in shower; wifi good on first night. Now the disappointing parts... beds were horrible, far below this class of hotel which we stay at...

We chose this hotel as it was a suite with kitchen facilities and large enough to seat visiting family on an evening. We were also travelling with our two dogs and appreciated them being "pet friendly". The room was comfortable. The pool lovely and we had excellent service and meals in their dining facility! We were very happy with the...

Even though the room was a bit dark and the Wi-Fi connection was poor, the room was very nice. The beds were comfortable, the kitchenware was good, and the room was neat and clean. One of the biggest disadvantages of the room was it's price (425$ per night ).

I've been staying at Best Western all over the United States and world wide, and this one is probably the most expensive and the least pleasant one. First and foremost - for over $250 a night, the cleaning has been really bad. I have a feeling the cleaning staff has been in a rush every single day. They either simply...

Only stopped for one night, very last minute as our other accommodation was miles away from Jasper. We were delighted with the standard of the room and the hotel's location. A minutes walk to Connaught road and you hit the shops and restaurants pretty quickly. The view from our room wasn't great but so what? As soon as you are...
