Stayed here for a month... After i paid i found out they had weekly rate for way cheaper than what me and my girldriend paid. Power was out for a whole night. Refused to take any blame or give us any type of discount. They told us they were gunna charge us 2 00 for our keys after we misolaced...

We enjoyed our stay at Travel Lodge. The room was very clean. In or opinion we think the management should invest in the outside appearance. The outdoor rug needs replacing as well as some repair and painting on the sides and back.. On Fri night a transformer blew and 3 hotels were left without power on a hot night until...

Wasn't expecting much, but hotel looks like it is held together by bandaid repair after bandaid repair. Cheap fixtures, any kind of renos look like they were done with very little skill or knowledge of the actual repairs. Travelodge has some real gall to charge the rates they're charging considering the competition that they've got in proximity.

We drove from BC to see a music festival in Sylvan lake and chose this hotel based on it's good price point. I have stayed at Travelodge hotels previously and while they are not anything fancy they are generally clean and have the basics that we need. This was not the case with this property....There were no problems at check...

I saw the previous reviews but since we have stayed with Travelodge before, I felt that the room couldn't be that bad. It was. We went to open the drapes and they slipped off of the rod, then one side of the rod fell out of the wall. The air conditioning was adequate but very loud and the top blanket...

Room was adequate, air conditioner did not keep the room cool; I think not big enough for the space. Carpets not very clean. Continental breakfast was very disappointing, juice machine was not on - no juice. Out of hard boiled eggs - had to ask the girl at the front desk it there were any more to be had... I...

For a reputable hotel, we were very disappointed with the state of the rooms. Not sure when the last time they were cleaned properly. The coffee maker still had the used filter in it and there were coffee drips all over the counter. The floor in the bathroom was disgusting as were the blankets on the bed. Definitely not going...
