We have stayed hear before and this time we thought it would be a good place to have my mothers 80 th Birthday but holy crap this place is NOT a place to relax will never stay here again way over priced for what they offer. There are other hotels that are much cheaper and way newer and offer much...

We visited this resort with the hopes of having a relaxing and healthy retreat. We left feeling more stressed than when we arrived. The pools are not supervised by staff in any way, so abnoxious behaviour is commonplace. We were constantly bashed into by people with large inflatable tubes and loungers, the pools are way too small for these. Kids...

My daughter and two young Granddaughters visited the lovely Harrison Hot Springs Resort&Spa for a two day getaway during Spring Break. Our spacious room complete with a balcony overlooked the picturesque Lake. Everyone enjoyed the pools and although the weather was cool the water was lovely and hot. The Hotel package included a full breakfast buffet with everything imaginable offered....

The pools here are fantastic all nestled in the trees at the base of the mountain. It is very relaxing and serene. We had massages and the spa was lovely and staff there kind. Dinner at the Copper room was fantastic and the live band a great touch. Matre'd very helpful and professional! The hotel however is tired and the...

This is our second stay at the resort in 6 months. We understand the heritage aspect of the hotel so expected the old smell, decor etc. We were in family suites both times as we travel with our boys. Check in did not offer any information about the happenings at the resort. We walked past a room and heard a...

This is a wonderful place to visit and revisit with your partner. We always go in winter, when it is raining and cold, which makes the experience more magical and the room rates are reasonable. We are always amazed at how relaxing it is to just unplug and spend quality time together. We love the quiet rooms, the wonderful linens,...

Rooms were nice and cozy! Staff were very friendly. Hot springs are excellent for kids and we spent many hours there with a 5 and 1 year old. The indoor pools are open late for a little relaxation once the kids are asleep (1am I believe). The resort is also right on the main street and walking distance from anything...

I just came back from relaxing getaway to Harrison Hot Springs Resort. We stayed in one of the cabins behind the resort. It was very cosy and warm. It was right next to the gate into the hot pool area so was very convenient. The pool area is very nicely done and maintained. There are 3 pools with varying temperatures....

We go fairly frequently to Harrison from Victoria, catching the 9 am ferry from Swartz Bay to the mainland. We arrived leisurely around 2 pm. Can't book in until 4. Took kids with us which we won't do again because relaxation goes out the window. Breakfast is buffet only at $22 a person and a % of that for each...

Back in its day I could see this place being a 4 or 5 star hotel. Now however even the tower we stayed in was in need of a remodel. It's still clean and reasonably maintained however it lacks the quality you would expect for the price point. During heavy rain the flashing on the decks sound like an unbalanced...
