Excellent Resort. Would recommend it for everyone!! We enjoy the family rooms. We always request one. Loved being in the outdoor pools , having had to walk between the shoveled snow to get to them. Except for this (2017) winter, how often does THAT happen here...lol!!!

We booked a room for a girls weekend and were given a room in the main hotel (the oldest part) the rooms were extremely outdated. I guess because they have the pools they don't feel the need to update them at all and still charge a premium. Our room was basically right above the lobby or something because we could...

Our family loves this place, it's become our yearly tradition to visit for 3 nights. It's the perfect little getaway. We stayed in the family suite which is in the main hotel. I was worried cause some reviews said it would be dirty/outdated. It's old yes, but has all the modern conveniences. The pools are the best part, and they...

We've been holding annual meetings here for a number of years and each year there has been an issue with this year's being the worst. Upon check-in we found out that the hotel mistakenly booked a number of our rooms for only one night with the bulk of the rooms for two nights, as requested for all the rooms. Management...

We came for my brother's birthday and got our room not quite what we expected we got our regular bell man and we think he is amazing, very comfy beds but the TV was glitchy and when we ordered a movie it played a different one and it kept Twitching very annoying also housekeeping started knocking on doors at 9...

Thanks for sharing your comments with us. Many of our guests choose to rise early to enjoy the pools, a walk outside or a delicious buffet breakfast, and like to have had their room freshened while they are out. So, our staff does start early to accommodate everyone's schedule. Each room has a "Do Not Disturb Sign" that you can...

When we booked, I asked for 3 rooms, 2 with 1 queen bed and 1 king on separate floors, as this was a gift for our kids and ourselves. When we arrived, they had us in 2 rooms with 2 queens and no king. After time she found one with a king. When we went upstairs, they had 2 of...

We treat all of our guests with respect and dignity and would never cater to one nationality over another. We also don’t treat visitors to our region any differently than we would someone from down the street. We don’t know the circumstances of the gentleman who was upgraded or why. Also, we are a family-friendly destination; according to CAA/AAA we...

My wife put her bag on the bellhop trolley while he asked me if we needed help, I said no. Later i could not find her bag. It was on the trolley that the bellhop had removed and locked to the entrance

We try and stay here twice a year because we LOVE the pools and the famous 4pm tea. The stay was again just as enjoyable except for my son coming out with a rash on his face and legs from the water. I am not sure why it happened this time around....but it was rather uncomfortable for him. He has...

Pros: Hotel staff for most part was friendly and accomodating and tried their best to handle the difficult situations we encountered. The west tower rooms were decent ( much much nicer than the older rooms in the other part of the hotel). Lakeside Cafe a la cart dinner and kids menu was a pretty good deal-especially considering the all you...

Thank you for providing your feedback. It's truly unfortunate that a group was unable to behave themselves and put a damper on your stay. This is not the norm for the resort. We do cater to families and those that seek a refreshing getaway. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we're happy to hear our staff were able...

We booked a group of 20 for an all day meeting and an overnight stay. Our meeting was flawlessly handled by Susan and her team, with outstanding food service, perfect timing, and a knowledgeable technical support associate. As many groups do, we wound up the meeting with a visit to the lounge, where Brigitte kept everything straight and remembered us...
