After check-in, we went thrice up an down the hotel because the key machine wasn’t working and the lady at front desk did not know until one of the front desk gentleman gave us a “door key” for room 211. Coming up at the room as we were about to take a nap from a long trip, we

Don't let other reviews stop you from staying here. This place needs an update but I found the beds to bed soft and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were also very friendly, the power was hooked up weird in the rooms so you can't charge things if the lights are turned off.

At first glance it appears fine, for the $100 CAD a night price tag over Christmas, but look a little closer & the mentality of the owners/manager is obvious in details. They boast about their facilities, such as Exercise Room, Spa & Pool. In reality the Exercise Room has only

We arrived at the hotel and it didn't look that bad when we first checked in. The lobby was clean, but it was clear it was an older building (which is fine). We checked in and got our hotel room key and went into the elevator and went to our floor. We got off of the elevator and

Please note rooms were not broken into. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and the room provided to you was not ready for guests. It's great to hear that Booking.com was able to assist you during the busy holiday season.

This hotel has seen better days. It is outdated and it shows. No money has been put into this hotel for a long long time. If you have a choice, pay the extra and stay somewhere else. We were next to a room with 4 barking dogs, people were smoking pot in their rooms (smoking

Harrison Lake Hotel is a cheerful and very budget-friendly option for those seeking a stay in the Fraser Valley. Steps away from stunning hiking trails and a vast lake, our hotel also has a restaurant and a variety of shops and eateries nearby. We'll share your feedback with our staff.

This hotel is less than a block from the Harrison Hot Springs Hotel (which has the hot spring pools). Alternatively there is a public hot springs pool across the street from this hotel (Ramada). But the ramada itself doesn't have hot spring pool (in fact I don't know if they even have a pool/hot tub at this hotel). As far as I know those are the only two options although I have heard there is some naturally occurring hot springs that you could find but I have no idea if that's truth or myth. This hotel is ideally located in Harrison but doesn't have hot springs itself.
