Lovely manager at front desk. I get the feeling she has to work with what she has. Very professional also. Room was terrible. I had paid for two nights and asked for some money back to leave and go to different hotel. Very dated. Moulding fell from ceiling and was still laying against the wall. Broken edgings. Mirror needed replacing....

2/10 at best. Multiple items or service elements broken and below standard, furnishings extremely dated. Booked this though Priceline (where it's incorrectly and bizarrely rated 8/10). I arrived quite late and had to call the night manager out of bed. This is fine but it had been snowing off and on during the day. The walkway to the office was...

We checked into this hotel late at night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price quoted for a nights' stay was even cheaper than the one we found online. The room was clean, quiet and there was plenty of hot water for bathing. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

We stayed here on a one night stop in Kamloops. The motel is old and doesn't look anything fancy but the room we had was clean and had great views. The staff were friendly and helpful and even gave us a discount on the room. There are lots of motels nearby but this was a good place to stay and...

We stayed in this hotel last summer, we had 4 of us and 3 dogs who were warmly welcomed and had fun too, it was so friendly, STUNNING VIEWS, and relaxed atmosphere and a beautiful swimming pool...so we decided to stop in for a night on our way through to Vancouver from Edmonton, once again a truly awesome night, its...

This Inn has a nice view of the lake at the back of the property, but unless you get one of those rooms, you're just in a run down, in need of a renovation, dump. We saw various feedback on tripadvisor, but we were desperate for a room by 10pm. Being tentative on arrival, We asked if we could see...

Back in the '90s, my job took me through the BC interior surveying ecological sites, and my crew and I were always excited when Kamloops came up as a stop since the Hospitality Inn was one of the cleanest and most comfortable places we would stay. So, in a fit of nostalgia, I booked a room as a stopping point...

We stayed at the hospitality inn in early August during a motorcycle trip. This was the best motel we stay in! Yes, the motel is dated but they have done a fabulous job keeping it clean and in good condition. We paid $10 extra for a room with a view and a king bed and it was worth it!!! I...

We have been here before and one of the main attractions is the fact that you can walk through the unit from the parking lot and out of the other side of the room to a wide grassy area overlooking the two rivers flowing through Kamloops. We choose the king bed as it provides more room for the table and...

Yes this motel is a bit dated and in need of some updating, however, the rates are good, the staff is great, the pool is a bonus and the view makes up for everything. I only stayed one night, but wished I had stayed longer to enjoy the pool and the view. What a great site for a motel. Charlene...
