Rooms were very comfortable. Lots of space, modern and clean. The staff was excellent . The breakfast was good although the Orange Juice, Apple Juice and coffee were noticeably watered down. I brought a group ((5 rooms) and was told my Wyndam Rewards would be applied at a later date. Upon checking my Wyndam reward account, a notice appeared saying,... More

I really like this hotel's location, room conditions, free breakfast and pricing. However, I absolutely LOVE the staff. Despite having to make several short notice changes of schedule (extending or shortening stays) I truly feel like my needs are being tended to like I'm a part of their family. I love it. I love them. Truly a home away from... More

Nice hotel, clean and room was clean. Beds were supper comfy. Wifi was excellent. Totally recommend staying here. Big tv, fridge microwave and coffee maker. Haven't been to breakfast yet. We are in room 304 and didn't hear a sound from the traffic. Restaurants are near by and the mall is a bit away. Good for a walk on the... More

After staying at the Coast Bastion went to Ramada and feeling happy I did. If you have the urge to waste you money, stay at the Bastion. Great service, friendly people, clean, spacious & very close to downtown. Even though it's in a busy avenue you are no able to hear a sound. Free parking. VS the Coast ($8+), this... More

Room was good. Comfy bed. Breakfast was crap. Knowledge of staff was...let's say clueless. When I asked about where the Conference Center was he told me on the mainland. When I said excuse me he said I would need to take a ferry to get there. Total Idiot!!! So I asked him where Gordon Street was as this is where... More

Stayed on the island at this little gem of a hotel. Check in was easy and they gave me a free upgrade and I still have no idea why though not complaining. Room was clean, large and had a hot tub. Continental breakfast was a little disappointing but a small thing for a great place.

This place is centrally located close to downtown business areas and close to all major restaurants and stores there is also a bus stop in front of the hotel if you don't have your own transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean not much of a view if you are staying here for a couple... More
