Would rather give it a 4 star rate, but the quality comfort that I had it's only worth a 2 Star rate. I had a BROKEN Air Conditioner on room. It was so warm during the night it was impossible to get a good night sleep. I told the front desk about the problem, they didn't offer a apology or...

I was there for one night. I had no problems, but the hotel needs serious renovation. Tile beside the bathtub was loose, the air-conditioning was old and noisy. On the other hand the swimming pool was nice and temperature was perfect.

Went for a vacation with the family to Nanaimo. Decided to try out this hotel, as we wanted to have a kitchenette as we were going to be there for almost a week. We are familiar with the area so we already knew where it was located. Kitchenette room 130- Check in was fine, but upon checking out our kitchenette,...

We stayed at this motel on our way to Pacific Rim National Park and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and the two beds were large enough for our family of four. The included breakfast was average but good enough.

Stayed here one night as I had a meeting in Nanaimo. Got a good price off hotels.com. Entry and exit to hotel off the highway is a little dangerous as the hotel comes up quickly, and you have to turn left across a double solid line, to enter the hotel. Also exiting the hotel is a bit difficult as there...

We stayed in the family room which was large but on the lower level that looked out on a set of stairs where workers had their smoke break. The room was 2 trims but only one of them had an air conditioner leaving the other room hot. The pool and hot tub were heavily chlorinated. The breakfast was continental and...

We had a family room. It was located on the lower level of the hotel. Room was clean but it smelt very musty which gave it an unclean feeling. We've had better continental breakfasts in other hotels.
