We returned to The Riverside once again during the Penticton Dragon Boat Festival. It's a bit of a trek to Skaha for the races, but our Team returns every year. The folks here are really friendly and accomodating to our group. Great courtyard area for our group to meet, have a beverage or two, have a swim, and barbecue our...

One of the friendliest places you could stay. The owners are so nice and even have the coffee pot on for early birds who don't want to wake up their roommates. The resort has tables and seating all around the pool deck in front of the rooms so always someone to say hello to. I love having a kitchen and...

My family and friends that we have made over the years here have been coming to riverside for 30+ years. Nick the owner treats everyone like they are relatives. Always accommodating , informative , generous and sincere. The riverside has the best layout of any place in all of penticton for social interaction and accessibility. With basically repeat visitors year...

Good motel, which seemed popular with Canadian families, but I would also recommend for international tourists passing through. Easy to find, just of Highway 97. Fully equiped for cooking breakfast, but we went to nearby Denny's but it had such a huge queue that we didn't stop.

Great Motel! Family friendly with an awesome pool! The owners are amazing and they are definitely one of the main reasons we keep coming back. The Riverside is walking distance to everything relevant (beach, Boardwalk, steam boat, farmers market etc) in this beautiful little town. We come as an extended family of at least 20 every year from Vancouver and...

For the rate we paid (£44) we really can't complain about this room or place. Reception staff were friendly, the room was clean and had a fully stocked kitchenette which would be great for people in long stays. Close enough to walk to okanaghen lake. Tip: visit Saltys for food! This place has a great menu the food was superb!

I have returned to this motel every July for the past 9 years. This spotless motel is perfect for quiet couples or families. The kitchenettes are fully equipped for making meals. It is within walking distance of all the amenities that Penticton has to offer.

Stayed here overnight then took a shuttle up to Myra Canyon to ride the Kettle Valley Rail-Trail. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. We biked down to Chute Lake to stay over the next night then back to Penticton on the second day. We were allowed to leave our car in the motel parking lot even though...

Was really overcharged ( $160 for a night) and it was old and outdated. For that kind of money we could have stayed in a nicer , more updated place. Wifi was free but couldn't even log on , not once. Just a heads up I booked online and was charged an extra 10% RM tax ( I know they...
