We stayed as a family for five nights in January 2017. We cannot find any fault with any part of our experience. We stayed in a one bedroom signature suite with den which was perfect as it meant our seven year old got her own bedroom. It was a well designed accomodation and all the facilities were of the highest...

Professional and friendly staff greeted me upon arrival. Was upgraded to a suite with two bathrooms, full kitchen, a study/another room and a full living room. Great value and a good location for lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Gym is a good size with some dumbells, three each of ellipticals and treadmills. Pool and hot tub are available...

My husband had a business trip and I had family to visit in Yaletown. We spent two nights at this quiet hotel. The location was perfect for exploring shopping and quite easy to get to from the Airport. Staff was very helpful, and friendly, Wish I had brought my swim suit as the salt water pool and the jacuzzi outdoor...

This hotel was a dream to stay at. Ever before we arrived we had a lot of questions about Vancouver and Melissa - in guest services was terrific and our travel guru! Without her I doubt our trip would have been as fun! From the moment our taxi pulled up to the front door we were treated as kings and...

My wife and I unfortunately only stayed 2 nights before completing our 9 night stay in Canada. Our experience was great from arrival right through to departure. Coming from 16 years in the hotel and hospitality industry, customer service either makes or breaks ones experience. I happy to say the staff here were on point and went out of their...

We spent three nights in Vancouver before heading to Whistler for a family ski vacation. Found the staff to be terrific, service could not have been better. The room was nicely fur dished and the bathroom with separate tub and stall shower was very nice. Breakfast in the hotel was everything we wanted. The concierge was helpful in making dinner...

Excellent hotel and staff, large rooms and facilities. We had a boutique 1 bedroom suite, our kids had kitchen included which is great for longer stays. Nothing was too much trouble, felt like home. going back there in 2 weeks and will recommend to all we meet.

Beautiful little hotel, very well situated for walking around Vancouver. Our room was lovely. clean, comfortable, nice big windows, lovely bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, despite good intentions, we didn't get around to making use of the heated outdoor pool. Conveniently, next door is an excellent place for breakfast of brunch.

What an amazing hotel. The room we had was clean, spacious and felt very inviting on our cold winter night. The staff was very friendly and professional. My only suggestion to future travellers is don't bother with the breakfast buffet unless you are in a rush and want something convenient. For the price they charge for the breakfast you could...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
