Best possible location, by the sea and great view. Service, very good. Rooms big and nice. Remebmer it is a bid noisy in the morning as planes are landing in the water. To be improved: wifi, it almost does not work. Rest is great.

We arrived late in the evening after the Four Seasons Vancouver had a problem with our room (Four Seasons team rapidly worked to sort a great room at this hotel and cover all our charges). We found a tremendous view from our room across the Vancouver waterfront. Birthday cake from the PanPacific and Four Seasons team much appreciated. Very enjoyable...

We spent 2 nights in this hotel in a room with the sea view. The hotel is really located downtown in a perfect position to visit the city. We have received a Special check in a dedicated lounge at floor 24 where a kind lady named Aileen Badiong gave us the room keys and all the explanations about how to...

Stayed overnight while passing through Vancouver. Staff was friendly and professional. Room (mini suite) was very nice. The location is one of the best. Did not eat there but the restaurant sure looks appealing. Would stay again without reservation.

Our room was nice and clean. The view was of the railyard, which I didn't mind. It was very quiet. The hotel staff were especially nice, taking the time to remember our names. The hotel has a great outdoor pool with a terrific view as well as a bar with an awesome view. The bartender there made the best (and...

Stayed here for 2 nights in mid-July. The location is PERFECT. Right on the water, walking distance to lots of restaurants, attractions, and the Downtown Core. The pool area was very nice too with an awesome view! However, I was very underwhelmed by the room. Granted I had a basic room, but everything was very outdated and antique-looking. I was...

The location is wonderful and the view was beautiful. The hotel feels huge and impersonal. The rooms could use an update and the pool needed some serious chemical maintenance (really cloudy..as a pool owner it made me want to get out the water test kit and make some adjustments!) That said the location and the views made it an overall...

Lovely hotel on the water, cruise ships just out your hotel room window. Rooms are spacious with a desk & chaise lounge. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Enjoyed watching float planes take off. We purchased our tickets & caught the Hop On, Hop Off city tour in front of the hotel. This hotel is pricey, but, appreciated being right...

We stayed on the 21st floor of Pan Pacific. It was a lovely room, quiet floor, view of the helicopter, cruise ship, water taxi, mountains, city, and some marine animal that surfaced that I want to believe was a whale :) The place is massive because it is next to/part of the conference center. You can walk around the hotel...

Great location to the sky train if you are going to either BC Place or Rogers Arena. Flyover Canada Attraction is in the same complex. The rooms are large and well maintained. The concierge level perks are fantastic! I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Beautiful views from some rooms!

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
