A modern and classy hotel with exceptional customer service! As far as customer service goes, this place was on point from the time I walked in through their doors until the day I checked out. Check-in was seamless and quick with Kauru at the front desk who even arranged a scheduled taxi for our early flight. Katrina and Brando at...

I love Westin! Heavenly beds, heavenly showers, big soaker tub, friendly yet efficient staff. The Westin Grand is right between Granville Street for shopping and Yaletown for restaurants. Also very close to BC Place Stadium and Rogers Arena for sporting events and/or concerts. Renovations to the common areas are going on right now, but I was not bothered by them...

Hello Catsitter, Thank you so much for staying with us even though we are under renovations. Yaletown and Granville Street are definitely within walking distance of the hotel and showcases a lot of immaculate restaurants and shops so we are glad to hear that you got to explore the surrounding areas. Back from second time stay. It was nice stay last time so booked again for my BFF trip. We were told that they were under renovation and might have noise but didn't hear anything during a stay. Check-in/out was one of the best greetings I have ever experienced. I liked a activity list for fine & rainy day. Room was...

I would ignore the negative reviews and book a room here with confidence. My wife and I visited Vancouver at the beginning of March for our anniversary. We booked a corner balcony room for 4 nights and couldn't have been happier. Not sure what could have been better. The room was new, clean and had all the amenities you expect...

The rooms here are very spacious. I am paying a regular rate and the room is essentially a suite - has a bedroom and a living room. It looks like the property has been renovated recently and everything is well kept. Good location in downtown Vancouver, about 500m from the train.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and I stayed in one of the new rooms. The really well kitted out with built in USB chargers and large screen tv. The standard fare, however, could be improved. No dental kit present as standard, no shoe horns, etc. That type polish is what's missing. The location is central and great for tourists.

I stayed at this hotel in February, 2017. The hotel is located on Robson street and many restaurants and cafes are nearby. It does not have a club lounge, but there is a restaurant for breakfast. During my stay, the hotel was under the renovation. The lobby smelt like fresh paints and some areas were inaccessible due to the construction...

This hotel was the weirdest one I've ever stayed in in Vancouver. Let me list the ways: My room had a dishwasher and microwave, there are only 2 elevators which doesn't even come close to enough so you'll wait for entirely too long just to get downstairs and the lobby bar is eerily quiet. I did enjoy having a grocery...

I stayed at the Westin Grand for 3 nights recently. Although under renovation, I never saw anything out of place. The renovated suites are lovely and the service throughout the hotel is excellent. This is my go-to hotel in Vancouver.

This hotel is great! I had stayed here a few years ago and honestly it wasn't that memorable but since they have done renos this hotel is wonderful! I stayed for 3 nights for a business trip and was given a corner room with a separate living area. It was spacious and really comfortable. The nice touches were - heated...

Staying in Robson Street

Neighbourhood Profile
Robson Street
Robson Street is a shopper's paradise. Whether a window shopper or a serious trendsetter, a fashionista or a dabbler, the crowd of independent boutiques, quirky one-off shops, and well-known luxury brands on Robson Street have something to cater for every itch in your wallet. As a result, it draws a diverse crowd, and the people-watching along this famous walking thoroughfare is a primary attraction. In between the clothing shops both high-street and budget-friendly are a number of cafes to lay down your load, as well as numerous specialty stores ranging in their wares from music, to art, to city souvenirs.
