Wonderful and funky hotel with great service and awesome downtown location, close to amenities. The free bikes make it easy to get around Vancouver without having to rent a car, take transit, or spend money on renting bikes.

The Burrard is situated in a fabulous location, If you arrive by air and take the Skytrain into Vancouver, the Burrard is roughly 15 minutes from the station, and is within walking distance of anything you may want to do and see. The hotel itself is, in my mind, great value, with nicely decorated and very clean rooms, really comfortable...

The early morning wake-up by construction was a major turnoff, wish I was made aware of this beforehand or at least some concession be made. Otherwise it was fine. My rating would have been different.

Spent a nice evening with excellent staff who found me a kettle and came and showed me how to operate the Nespresso machine. The bed was luxurious with lovely pillows full screen all channel cable and they gave me lots of coffee pods and sugar. 2 free bottles of water were well received and the nicest bit of all a...

We stayed here for one night recently when we visited Vancouver. We booked the hotel based on personal recommendation of a young lady who works in the Tourism office in Victoria. The hotel does not look much from the street, but wait until you step out of the lift in to the hidden courtyard. It has the real wow factor, we...

Convenient and very comfortable stay. Walk to restaurants and other amenities. They even have plenty of secured parking! Great staff, too! They were very accommodating, especially regarding our need for handicap parking. although they don't have designated handicap spaces, they offered to block off the nearest space for us in advance of our arrival! If you like a funky atmosphere,...

This is the third time we have stayed here and find its a great place to stay due to its location, the staff are mainly friendly and it suits us. The bikes are very handy and a great way to see Vancouver, just need abit of maintenance.

Travelled from seattle area for business. First time to stay here and would choose it over the others previously stayed at. Price was main consideration as I am a small business owner. Great value and friendly people will have me back.

James was a good host, if you want good service ask for him. The hotel is in downtown, perfect ubication. I don't recommend the room in the burrard st, so much noise. The coffe was great. The washroom was so tiny.

Staying in Davie Village

Neighbourhood Profile
Davie Village
Davie Village is the vital LGBTQ heart of Vancouver. It is the only like area in the world to have a permanent four-way rainbow crosswalk, to symbolise the city's solidarity with many of the businesses, ranging from bars to bookstores, that keep the area vibrant. By day, it is a people-watching stop, with fantastic boutique cafes, but at night is when it really shines, humming with neon lights and nightclub music inside many of the hip and trendy bars and dance halls. The area is diverse and welcoming, and its supportive community makes for a tight-knit group of independent and creative shops.
