The Moda Hotel is located on a nice central spot in Vancouver with a nice restaurant, sportsbar and wineshop in the same building.
The building itself is a heritage building over a 100 years old.
That's where the problems begin.
The operators/owners of the hotel...More
I went there only for one night in June on a business trip. The hotel is ok. It is located in a 100 yr old building and they kept the original tiles at the reception, which is a nice touch. The room was basic, but...More

I stayed at very small room. Junior room. Just an okay option.
We had relatives from Australia and from Toronto come to Vancouver to visit so decided to stay downtown for a night and have a nice dinner and evening out with everyone. The hotel is very well situated - central to downtown, Yaletown and Gastown. The...More
We stayed here for one night before going on an Alaskan cruise out of Vancouver. The price was totally reasonable. Our room was clean, as was the bathroom. It was an older building, but we didn't mind. Wish they'd provided some kind of continental breakfast,...More
Granville Street spans many, multiple city blocks and has become so fastidiously known for its nightclubs and watering holes that it's fondly nicknamed the city's 'Entertainment District.' Friday and Saturday nights are the most popular and lively, with young revelers taking to the streets in droves and keeping the party going until late. Granville Street, being mostly open to pedestrian-only traffic, has a healthy
social life along its main thoroughfares, even outside of its cafes and pubs, spilling onto the sidewalks. The locals are chatty, the shops at its expansive Pacific Centre Mall are trendy, and the whole area seems to be on a sugar rush: in a good way. Exuberance and camaraderie classify this neighbourhood.
