Great hotel for the price, beautiful renovated rooms, great location close to city center. Parking in the building, shops and restaurants along the strip. Staff was friendly and helpful always ready to help.
Nice location with lots of choice for dinning out good transport links and a very nice walk into metro town.

No, it's a hotel ...there is however two double ( or I think you guys call 'queen') beds in each room, tea/coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer. There are many Asian restaurants all around you in that district so you won't starve! It's definitely not an apartment type hotel and don't think they give that impression from the description.
