Well this hotel has been here for some time but I was told y hotel staff that it is slated to go under the wrecking ball soon. So if you really have a hankering to stay here it may be your last chance. We found the rooms to be small but serviceable and clean. The staff is friendly. Location is...

Let's start with the good - Greta location, super close to restaurants and nightlife. Can walk anywhere from the hotel. Negatives - Room was dirty, upon checking in there was some kind of food remnants, I believe to be biscuits or cookies (I didn't look too closely) between the bed base and the wall. It was disgusting. It was gross...

the room is dated, clean, beds are comfortable, but it is definitely showing it's age. The restaurant on the top floor is not very good when it comes to the food. THe French Onion soup was not good. The main entree (the sturgeon) was warm not hot, the cheese cake dessert was good. The restaurant it's self though is in...

Got a great deal from TripAdvisor for this property to begin with, but the hotel itself came through greatly with value and service. The location was practically all we needed, located just at the west end of Robson Street which has all the shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. We got lucky and ended up on a high floor...

Clean, comfortable, great location and easy walking distance to my restaurants and town centre,as well as the seawall. We were on the 38th floor and had fantastic views over the water and up to the mountains. Just one small thing. Would have like a refrigerator in room. Loved that we had a balcony.

Spent 4 nights here on business and found everything to be great. Had a little trouble checking in with our service dog but after speaking with a manager everything went very well. The staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are dated and the beds a little small but comfortable. Great restaurants Within an easy walking distance as well as...

When I first found this hotel on Expedia, I couldn't believe the price! But I read the reviews and heard good things, so we booked it. This hotel is EXCELLENT value for money. A short 10-minute walk from Stanley Park and the waterfront, and right downtown, steps from restaurants and shops. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a...

we loved the location on Robson Street. Check in took a bit longer. There are only one or two person to check in. One of the guy speaks like a machine. But get things done. Our room had a beautiful view. It was well priced. The gym was under reconstruction from the 2nd day. The first day we went and...

This hotel has gone way down hill since it was a Sheraton. Rooms are dated. No room service. Noisy and very little AC control. Staff not helpful. Plenty of great hotels within a half block to choose from.

Staying in Robson Street

Neighbourhood Profile
Robson Street
Robson Street is a shopper's paradise. Whether a window shopper or a serious trendsetter, a fashionista or a dabbler, the crowd of independent boutiques, quirky one-off shops, and well-known luxury brands on Robson Street have something to cater for every itch in your wallet. As a result, it draws a diverse crowd, and the people-watching along this famous walking thoroughfare is a primary attraction. In between the clothing shops both high-street and budget-friendly are a number of cafes to lay down your load, as well as numerous specialty stores ranging in their wares from music, to art, to city souvenirs. Known as "Vancouver's Runway," if a new trend is on the rise, you'd spot it here first.
