We were very pleased with the service provided by GIH, particularly in their efforts with our young grandsons! They really went above and beyond in their attention at breakfast. The hotel is really convenient and beautiful with easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

We ate breakfast at this hotel's restaurant and found the service to be top notch. The food was fresh and very well presented.this restaurant has a lovely waterfront view. You get what you pay for here.

We are spending two nights here as its Canada Day. Hotel is well located on Granville Island and it's easy to walk to bus for downtown. Restaurant menu is fairly limited but the food is good - choice of indoor and outdoor seating. Rooms are clean and bathroom is well stocked.

A lovely small hotel with an excellent location. The restaurant and lounge have stellar views of Downtown and False Creek to the Science Center. Lots of outside dining/lounging. VERY clean and well maintained. the rooms are slightly smaller than some but adequate in size.

Rooms were unique. We had two room booked five months ago for our Family. "Special" rate of $265 per room per night. Whilst sitting in the lobby we overheard the Front desk clerk offering a $199 deal to a Saturday night walk in. When we questioned her she became agitated with some hum and haw mixed in. Our waitress conveniently...

Shhhh - don't tell anyone! We do not want it to get too crowded. On the water, great service, quiet, new rooms, awesome outside deck and 1st class food. We had our wedding there with 120 guests and it went off without a hitch. Had a great time -

While a very brief overnight stay, the room and amenities were comfortable and staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to ensure that my needs were met. Had a small problem with the deadbolt not working, but was quickly switched to another room with no fuss whatsoever. Nice location for spending a few minutes wandering around the island shops...

We selected this hotel just by chance and were pleasantly surprised that we lucked out making such a good choice. The location is great and we could walk to all the attractions on Glanville Island and also walk to the Aquabus to take us to Vancouver. The hotel is attractive and clean with excellent service. We would recommend this hotel...
