Well-maintained rooms and good customer service. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were very nice about letting us check out at a later time. Things went very smoothly and the location is quite convenient.

This was our first family (2adults and 2 kids 10&12yr old) trip to Vancouver, BC. We would've been fine with a regular room but they were sold out. Our suite was a corner unit, very spacious, kitchenette with 2 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge, big granite island/breakfast table and complete pots/pans, silverware, dishes, tv in living room and...

The location of this hotel makes the experience well worth paying for parking (my husband was pained by this at first). The water taxis were a fabulous tool in getting to the activities such as Granville Island that were too far to walk to. We didn't need to drive anywhere. My husband was able to really experience Vancouver and ended...

A solid good place to stay. Some of the facilities are a bit dated but overall a nice hotel. Our two room suite was comfortable and easy to spread out. The full kitchen came in handy and met our needs. We were happy to have an umbrella in the closet (got a 2nd one from the front desk) as it...

Overall the location is convenient to the major sporting stadiums/arenas. The hotel is your average Hilton...and we generally had a good stay. We stayed on points but would not pay the going rate (over $300 Cdn nite). They include free, decent breakfast.

I'm writing this on our last night. Our stay has been fantastic! This is a great location. The hotel is super clean, the staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly. The food is really nice and there are lots of places to eat close by. As a parent I feel this is safe hotel to be in and the kids...

We were in Vancouver for 2 nights after our Alaskan cruise and stayed in a King suite. The Suite was 2 separate rooms with a kitchenette. The bed was wonderful and the bathroom large. The shower had great water pressure. The parking was easy to get in and out of. The parking was only $20/night. The breakfast had both hot...

We stayed here one night while on our way up to Whistler. Very nice spot, and a excellent location. We were able to walk to Yaletown to eat dinner, and walk to the Canada Center to look around at the harbor. Very cool spot. Very secure as well, as you need a key card to access the elevator and parking....

We made at impromptu reservation here when we decided to cut the drive from Seattle to Whistler in half due to ridiculous delays at the border entering Canada. It is only about a mile from beautiful Gastown, so location was far more importance than almost anything else. What we found surprisingly was a beautiful hotel with convenient parking. Ir was...

When MY error left us without a room and a charge, Valentina at the desk and Manager Michelle Connors offered every service and possible compensation to make us comfortable and mitigate our losses. They made my goof much easier to handle with their professional, warm, and generous reactions. Stay here and feel like family! Wonderful breakfast, business center, and staff....
