Valet service definitely a huge bonus. Location in our instance was paramount. Service , comfort, cleanliness and all other amenities one expects at this caliber were there and then some . Bravo ! Highly recommended.

LOVED my 4-night stay at the Opus Hotel. Here are a few standout features: *Sparkling wine at check-in. "Please take it to your room, and feel free to come back for a refill!" *Room size and decor that felt cozy, but had plenty of light, even in the bathroom. *Plush bed that is more comfortable than almost any hotel I...

Great location. Really nice low key hip/elegant hotel in Yaletown. Close to good restaurants, The Flying Pig, great shopping and walking distance to the beautiful sites of Vancouver. The staff was very helpful. Even if they didn't know how to get to the different tourist areas they tried very very hard to help. Would definitely come back here again the...

We booked into the Opus Hotel for one night after the Airbnb we had booked turned out to be dirty and not at all as advertised. Despite our last-minute booking, the staff welcomed us with a glass of champagne, and made our dog feel right at home too. When the staff found out that we had just moved to Vancouver...

My wife and I got away for a couples weekend and picked the Opus because we love Yaletown and wanted to be close; what a great decision. From the time we arrived the staff, mainly Pearl, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. If you are like us and enjoy spending time in your room then we...

My boyfriend and I got Canucks tickets and decided to do a night downtown (We live in Langley). We looked up a bunch of hotels; The Fairmont, Four Seasons etc. We decided on OPUS because of its beautiful modern design and bright colours. We booked a balcony suite. Upon arriving, we were treated promptly by the valet. A quick and...

I currently visit Vancouver for work once or twice a month for up to 4 days. The location is across from the SkyLink and in Yaletown so plenty to do and great space to walk around with just about everything you need in walking distance including Choices market. Arriving back to the room, you will find fresh flowers, different sweets...

After much deliberation and research I chose to stay at the Opus Hotel hotel for a four day business convention in Vancouver. This hotel, located just outside of the downtown core but easily accessible by the Canada line, or the free phenomenal car service offered is a real gem. MY life is too busy and the OPUS Hotel allowed me...

Staying in Yaletown & False Creek North

Neighbourhood Profile
Yaletown & False Creek North
Yaletown has risen from the ashes of its rough-and-tumble industrial past into one of Vancouver's new chicest neighbourhoods. The place responsible for originating of the phrase 'skid row' might not call to mind independently-owned boutiques and terraced cafes, but having swallowed the waterfront lines of False Creek North, the resulting amalgamation transformed the area into an elegant, stylish hotspot with a view. Its youthful vibe owes to the many young families and young professionals who live there, bolstering nightlife and restaurant variety along its cobbled streets. It is the flagship neighbourhood for modern revitalization, and the It-Spot for boutique hotels and modish eats.
