We have just returned from 8 night's in total at this B&B. It is a great location, in walking for Downtown, ferries and buses.Outside was a magnificent display of Christmas lights, and apart from being beautiful , they made the guest house easy to find....More
Centrally located B&B, everything was walking distance. The house is beautifully decorated. The hosts go to extra lengths for breakfast, with organic cereal, yogurt, full English breakfast, juice and home made jam. Also not forgetting local produced fruit- all on a beautiful table- with silverware....More
We stayed here with our 4 year old for 7 days last week of June to first week of July. This place is a real gem. It is about as centrally located as you can find in Vancouver. For all the places we wanted to...More
Mary Anne and Robin are very professional and enjoy what they do in this business. Other guests here have perfectly described their experiences of staying in this house. I'm here mainly to update some pictures I took during the visit. This house features the most...More
Garden pedestrian paths and tree lined streets take you directly to the charming and colorful Victorian home of Robin & Mary Anne. Excellent hosts will charm you while serving a fantastic breakfast and are ready to answer any question about their beautiful city. The home...More
A hodgepodge of landscapes, the West End combines verdant gardens and blocky modern architecture, with Victorian bits and Edwardian bobs in between. It is a paradise for takeout food, take-away coffee, and perhaps incongruously, some of Vancouver's most languid lines of beachfront. English Bay and Sunset Beach invite swimmers, strollers, and picnic-lovers to take in dusk settling over the water, or to jog along
with the sunrise, offering breathtaking views at any time of day. The West End merges together so many looks and flavors probably because it functions a hub: its the leafy pit-stop between nightlife and entertainment venues along Davie Street, and the shopping paradise that is Robson Street, offering visitors beautiful parkland to rest on, and quick, easy food to re-fuel with in between ventures.
