stayed here for two nights in the new wing of the hotel. We had a great view of the harbour and found the room comfortable and spacious. Excellent bathroom. Staff were business like and efficent - but no warm fuzzies. The work out facilities are at best vestigial - a small amount of decent equipment crammed into a tiny room....

A quick overnight stay with the extended family: ourselves, kids, and one set of grandparents. A bedroom suite for each group (our nuclear, and the grandparents) in the new(er) Erickson wing, on the 2nd and 3rd floors, both facing roughly northeast. From reservation through to checkout, service was universally excellent -- except for minor waits on the phone to the...

Stayed here for a weekend in December. Got off of the ferry (clipper) and it was a short walk to the hotel which was nice because we didn't have to get a taxi given that it wasn't raining. The room was nice, nothing extravagant, pretty much what I expected. The location was at the further end of the touristy area...

We stayed here for two nights, the location is perfect for exploring Victoria and has lovely views across the harbour. We had a glorious double aspect room with a huge patio (room 464 in Erickson wing). We had room service one night which was very good. Breakfast was a fixed menu, with no flexibility. They wanted to charge for another...

Thank you for your review donnyMiltonKeynes. We are so glad that you enjoyed the harbour views from your room. Please accept our apology as it seems your server misunderstood your request for a "top up", thinking you wanted another pot of tea. You're absolutely right, a "top up" of hot water is and should be complimentary. As for your disappointment...

we stayed in a suite with harbour views, the hotel is very near the centre of Victoria. We found the staff very helpful and friendly, our suite was well equipped with a large shower and separate bath. You could easily walk into the town to eat but the hotel had a good menu

The hotel was exceptional with friendly and helpful reception staff; great room with fantastic views; superb location and wonderful food in the restaurant. The level of customer service from every member of staff that we met was fantastic. We very much hope to return...

We were lucky with our room as we had a dual aspect with views of the harbour and sea planes landing. Large, spacious, light room with the best bed of our two week holiday in Canada. Easy access to the sights of Victoria while being far enough away to be quiet in the evening.

My friend and I attached a 2 day trip to Victoria B.C. to a business trip. Stay at this lovely hotel (the new part). It had an incredible view and the service from the staff is second to none! The restaurant was also outstanding. I would definitely stay there again ad again.
