Other than certain maintenance issues this is an excellent facility. The staff were friendly and helpful. A faulty doorknob to the bathroom caused one of our party to be locked inside. Staff quickly attended to it, but we couldn't help thinking that if she had been in the suite alone at the time, at could have been a most stressful...

Room was street facing so noisy throughout night because you are totally in the center of all the action. Don't except to get sleep if you're on that side. Room was large with a lovely balcony but very dated and needed renovation. The breakfast room was stunning overlooking inner harbour and the breakfast (included with your room) was fabulous.

Unfortunately the homeless all live in the city park next door to the hotel, so it's too unsafe to walk in the area. And because they do not have regular sleeping patterns, they are yelling and screaming much of the night.

We had a wonderful upgrade with a view of the Parliament Building which lit up in the evening. It was fantastic suite with a patio. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice with a view of the bay.

After travel from Michigan to spend time with family in Seattle, we found ourselves drawn to these extremely comfortable beds. All five of us slept deeply here in our two bedroom, two bath suite. Expensive but worth the money. Good view. Convenient to most everything with water taxi stop right out front.

Love the location as within walking distance to everything and you can't beat the view from a waterfront suite. My daughter's family was upgraded to the Penthouse - a super room! Kitchens are well equipped to prepare snacks and meals. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The complimentary breakfast and parking are a bonus to an...

We had the pleasure of staying at Victoria Regent. We upgraded to a one bedroom and it was very spacious with a full kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom with a king bed. There were plenty of closets which would be more than adequate for an extended stay. We had a large glassed balcony with a wonderful view of...
