My boyfriend and I saved for four years for our BC vacation the whole trip was worth waiting for and Humboldt House was the grand finale and also worth the wait! Our room was lovingly and delightfully decorated and had a fabulous jacuzzi sized tub with jets. The breakfast was just as unique and delicious as the room decor. Our...

Lovely people, spotlessly clean, close walk to the waterfront but we our room was on the "garden" level, code for basement. There's two rooms down there, one is a more classic victorian style but a bit weird with tub in the middle of the room, two chairs in front of the tub and a fireplace in front of the chairs....

Such beautiful rooms, great breakfast with choice of four meals. Great location near the gardens, beach, downtown and community cafe area. Massive bed in old world luxury style. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Likely one of the best value and nicest places to stay in Victoria. This place is a gem.

Humboldt is a gorgeous Victorian b&b in a peaceful location within blocks of the downtown area of Victoria. Great proximity to shopping and dining as well as very fairly priced. We stayed in the Gazebo room, which we felt was quite roomy for two and was decorated comfortably. Breakfast was delicious and delivered through a wall cubby at our chosen...

Hands down a great experience & location! We stayed in the Edwards room. You were given 4 options for Breakfast and it was delivered to your room. The breakfast was 5 stars🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠. It's located right next to two large parks! Will be back! Only a 1.5 mile run to the bay! Breathtaking views and ambiance.

We were met by the super friendly manager who offered us a different room if we prefered and toured us around the place. It is a lovely, quiet location walking distance to downtown. We live in Victoria but decided to stay there for our anniversary and I am so glad we picked this B and B. The food was amazing...

A fantastic old building that was has themed rooms. There was a nice small shared library near the entrance to relax in as well. I stayed in the Gazebo room which felt like I was in a spring garden. The breakfast was included and delivered to my room in the morning. I can't remember being in a hotel and being...

Humboldt House is a Victorian building perfectly located for exploring Victoria. It is a 10 minute walk from the harbour, legislative building and the BC museum. We loved this B and B. David the proprietor is a chocolatier and you just have to buy some of his chocolates which he produces in the kitchen downstairs. Our room was great with...

We stayed in the Windsor Suite. We booked far enough in advance that we got a great rate...check their web site. For our rate, the accommodation was good. The suite was rather small and dark but the jacuzzi tub was welcome after a long day! The location is ideal...well within walking distance of the inner harbour and the beautiful Beacon...

My husband and I stayed there for 5 days during New Years, and I must say what a place. First of all, the B&B is in the perfect location just a few blocks from downtown. The house is beautiful and the breakfast is amazing and it is very romantic . Everyday you get a menu and you choose what you...
