I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, more than a month before our trip. The three couples travelling had looked forward to spending the last two nights of our road trip in the Vernon area, checking out real estate, including Predator Ridge. When we arrived, it took more than an hour to get checked in. One of the reception staff seemed...

We stayed at the resort in a 1 BR suite in August 2016. The suite was comfortable and well equipped however, as mentioned by other reviewers, we were disappointed with the level of service. The rooms are not made up everyday. For the steep price I would have expected to have at least the room to be refreshed (bed made,...

Dear Louise O, Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. We do notify guests in advance that our rooms are cleaned every other day. The nature of these rooms is that they are very large and have full kitchens. We can and will provide additional linens as needed and will be able to take care of any...

This place would be great if you're doing nothing but playing golf at the resort. The rooms are big and nicely appointed and convenient to the golf. Unfortunately we were going to get a cabin but they talked us into getting a room at the lodge because they said we'd get a nice view. When we showed up they gave...

Dear Robert K, Thank you for staying with us this September and taking the time to review our resort. While golf is a main feature of the resort there are other great amenities here as well (hiking, biking, fitness centre, tennis court, yoga platform and multiple pools). Hopefully we can see you again in the 2017 season. Rod Cochrane General...

I am not a big one on reviews, however staying at this resort this past weekend was far from a great experience. Customer service was horrible and nobody went out of their way to make it a good experience. We were told the restaurant and patio were full when nobody was even in it. Golf staff was pretentious and not...

We stayed for two nights and had a great time! The room was beautiful with all amenities I could have hoped for - full kitchen, gas fireplace, balcony, big comfy bed and lovely bathroom. My guy golfs and he had a great time on the course. The service everywhere was excellent, from check in to the clerk in the market....

We spent 2 night at the resort following a very busy week. The setting is a bit remote but peaceful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom in the lodge. Beautiful room with views over the golf course, kitchen, large bathroom and bedroom. Only negative is there was no closet, only a tiny hanging space in the TV cabinet. We could...

It would be hard to tell a golfer not to stay at this property because of its proximity but as a resort which also is trying to cater to the open market there's a bit to be desired. Nothing wrong with rooms in the main Lodge as they are well appointed. The rub with this two-day stay is based on...

We stayed at one of the 2 bedroom peregrine cottages for a week and we had a wonderful experience. The golf courses were in excellent shape and the staff were friendly and helpful. The four of us had stayed here in the lodge 8 years ago and this time we rented two adjacent cottages which the hotel manages. We've stayed at Predator Ridge numerous times, including on our summer vacation this year. The rooms are good value considering the fully stocked kitchen and quality of fixtures.
